Jorge came to my house and made quick work of a finicky old light fixture. He was very knowledgeable and able to fix the situation without much trouble. Will continue to use Godby for all my electrical needs in the future. Great company

From start to finish great team to work with. Carl was a very pleasant young man to start with, it was like talking to my son.
Godby has always done a wonderful job for my parents and now for myself!! Came out to service my furnace and check on my water heater. Adrian and Will were both very knowledgeable and gave good explanations as to what was going on. Daniel (Dan) came out the following day to finish a repair and was very patient and thorough. Will explained each of the levels of membership, which I highly recommend. It’s almost been 2 years since the above review and my water heater died. Godby came out quickly and diagnosed my water heater and did the semi annual inspection of my furnace. Turned out my furnace had many issues and needed to be replaced along with my AC unit (which could’ve waited but due to location of connections it was better to just replace it now). Godby’s was responsive, compassionate and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and concerns and ensured I was fully up and running within the week. They went above and beyond multiple times!! Wouldn’t recommend any other company for this type of work!!

I called on a Wednesday to have them look at a leaking hot water heater and get a quote to replace it. They said they would come out on the following Tuesday at 9am. 9am came and went so around 10:15am I called and was told they would be out the following morning because they got delayed working on another project. They never showed the following morning either so I ended up calling a competitor who came over that afternoon, got the water turned off for me to stop the leak, got me a quote, and had the water heater replaced within 2 days at our business. $6K order that Godby missed out on along with any future opportunities.

Kaz was on time, very professional. We had another HVAC company come to try to fix the issue we’d been having and were quoted $20k to replace the unit. Kaz fixed it quickly and for only the $99 visit fee! He’s very knowable and thorough.
