Howald Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing at a glance
Reviewers frequently cite punctuality, professional communication, and thorough explanations of repairs as key strengths of the company. Customers report that technicians provide clear pricing details in advance and maintain clean work areas during heating, cooling, and plumbing services. While many describe the staff as knowledgeable and efficient, a recurring criticism involves high service call fees and unexpected bill amounts. Some low-star reviews express dissatisfaction with the cost relative to the work performed, noting that charges were not always clearly communicated before service began.
