The service was per our annual contract for A/C preventive maintenance and recalibrating of our thermostat. The service person was personable and attentive to the service needs. He seemed a little slow in his work. One of the switches was not turned back on so a second service had to come out to see why our A/C…

The service was very good and quick, However, it was very expensive to replace an outside water spigot. Probably a $75 part at most and $700 for an hours labor even after 10% off. Will definitely be shopping around before using again.
