I had the best experience and highly recommend Godby. John Majors was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He ensured the project was designed and executed properly. The installation was seamless with Kody Marshall. There was another tech on the job but I can’t remember his name. Thank you all again!
Thank you Bill for you help and suggestions today.
Excellent

Godly has installed a water heater, water softener and has maintained and done repairs on my HVAC. Everyone there have been great and I’ve been really happy with the work.
Tyree added a sensor upstairs to try to balance temperature discrepancy. He was the first technician and Godby the first Heat/AC company to offer a solution to this chronic problem. As usual the scheduling and communication were outstanding.
Adrian called before 30 minutes before coming to the house. He was professional and listened to my questions and concerns.
The service performed was installation of a new water heater. I would rate the entire experience as a 10 out of 10
HVAC install smooth and easy. Needed a new gas line for a range installed fast, as appliances were delivered faster than anticipated. Within a day, Godby was there installing a new gas line. Job was clean, well thought out regarding placement and looks great.

The tech spent time to make sure I understood everything he was doing. He made a recommendation on how I can improve air flow in an upstairs bedroom per my inquirey. He paid attention.

I am very pleased with their responsive action to fix our AC issue. They quickly identified the issue, fixed it, and got our unit back in action. Additionally, on another service call, they replaced my hot water heater which looks great. Quality install. Finally, they provide season service which is great. Many thanks!
Chris Randolf was here and serviced my heating system. He did a great job and was thorough, personable, and professional. Looking forward to seeing him in the spring for A/C service.

The technician did an excellent job of servicing our HVAC system. He was thorough, considerate and explained what he has done very well.
Annual service on tankless water heater and water softener install. Jahsan is wonderful. Once he gets his license he will be a greater addition to Godby. You can send him to our house all the time!! You also need to consider promoting him to a supervisory role!
Service was great, professional, and accommodating!
Excellent service and knowledge of issue.
Always on time and professional for us. Tyree came today and has been our technician before so we are really familiar with him. He is a top notch technician that I would recommend to anybody. Outstanding service from Godby every time. Thank you and Happy Holidays!!!

Excellent service.
After remodeling there was an electrical problem with one of my circuits. They troubleshoot the problem and came up with a great solution. Problem solved thank goodness. I had them back to upgrade from 100 amp to 200 amp excellent job. Good price.
We have used Godby HPE to repair and service our aging furnace and AC for years. During that time, they performed professional, timely, and on-time repairs and services. When it was time to finally upgrade our system, they were our first choice based on their past performance. The entire process from estimating to…

Honest timely
Godby has Lexi she is a professional in customer relations & Tyree knows HVAC units. Both were invaluable to me when I was told by another company I dealt with for 8 years along with rest of my family my unit needs a new heat exchanger - my unit is only 8 yrs old they did the install. Needless to say I will no…
We have a service/maintenance plan with Godby and they provide great customer service. They were quick and responsive when our heater wouldn't come on during a snowstorm.
Tylee was very nice and friendly he was very professional
Thank you, Tyrell!! He had my furnace up and running in no time.
Did maintenance inspection which we did not request to be done and the technician should have called us before he even went there. Now have the heat turned off and we are being forced to close as no heat. They suggested space heaters. Pretty silly and stupid to try to heat a business with those.
We call on Godby for all of our heating and plumbing needs. They are always professional, thorough, on time, and they do great work and stand behind it. They installed our heating and air conditioning systems and maintain them semi-annually, and they have also solved plumbing issues for us and given us excellent…
Tech Kenny was Absolutely awesome.
Very professional and helpful. We thought we needed a dryer fan booster because we kept getting air flow errors after another company came out to clean our dryer vents. The Godby service man Kenny got up in our hot attic and said that should not be necessary with the distance of the line and said it was probably…
Tyree is an excellent technician and very knowledgeable about our equipment and it’s operation.

We have been Godby customers for several years. They have performed plumbing repairs, replaced a hot water heater, installed a water softener and performed regular HVAC service. They are responsive, follow-up, and great to work with at a fair price!
Great service! Answered my questions and very friendly.
Great communication before and during service. Competent technicians who take time to explain their analysis/diagnostics in terms anyone can understand. First time used by me personally - will not hesitate to use them again after this trust building visit.
