Kaz was on time, very professional. We had another HVAC company come to try to fix the issue we’d been having and were quoted $20k to replace the unit. Kaz fixed it quickly and for only the $99 visit fee! He’s very knowable and thorough.

Kaz was knowledgeable and very polite. He walked me through all the options available. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive option; instead, he gave advice on what he would do. I was super impressed.

Dan came out on New Year’s Day to investigate a problem we were having with our HVAC. He was prompt, professional, and took care of the issue. Hated calling him out on a holiday, but he was very understanding and great to work with.
We’ve always had great service from Godby. Tyree has been here several times to solve some unusual issues with our furnace/heatpump system. He is very knowledgeable, one of Godby’s best technicians.

Technician was excellent. He immediately figured out the problem and fixed it plus letting me understand the issue. House air is now extremely stable!
Godly has installed a water heater, water softener and has maintained and done repairs on my HVAC. Everyone there have been great and I’ve been really happy with the work.
Tyree was awesome as usual. On time, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. While problem was terminal he presented solutions and we will Have Godby do the necessary replacement.
Godby is a nice medium size company that has not followed the herd to affiliate with one of the national brands. I feel their technicians are above average in competence and professionalism. And they're clean and courteous.
Technician Adrian Ross was great and professional as expected from Godby's. Scheduling this service was made very difficult to do with the customer service person.
