Our 35 yr old furnace unfortunately went down but exceeded it's suspected life by many yrs. Godby came over to inspect but determined the existing unit might not be safe. New furnace was ordered & installed within 17hrs. Repairmen & sales all were exceptionally nice people. The only bad vibe was the financing. If I…
Excellent
Godby replaced my 20+ year old furnace and A/C with new and efficient Trane components, along with a smart thermostat. From sales consultant Duwayne to installers Joe and Luke, everyone was pleasant to interact with. We ran into a small problem during the installation which could not have been foreseen, but it was…

The folks at Godby were fantastic from start to finish helping us select the right A/C & Furnace for replacing our prior HVAC system, installing the new system, & educating us on the new system. You will find no one more knowledgeable, helpful, & a great communicator than Duwayne to guide you thru the process. The…
I loved that I was qiven a quote that listed all of the work they would do. They did it all and did not leave a mess. It was done quickly and efficiently!
Always a great experience with your team member. Explains what’s going on with your maintenance.
I have been very impressed with Godby this year. I decided it was time to switch from natural gas to heat pumps and Duwayne was more than willing to provide a top tier system at a very reasonable cost. The Trane heat pump and Bradford White heat pump water heater have been excellent and in spite of switching from…
We have used Godby HPE to repair and service our aging furnace and AC for years. During that time, they performed professional, timely, and on-time repairs and services. When it was time to finally upgrade our system, they were our first choice based on their past performance. The entire process from estimating to…

Gary has been our go-to guy for 2 decades. We rely on him to always get the job done right and fast. His professional and friendly manner has been something we look forward to each time.
Our experience started with a recommendation from our realtor. He asked me to call Stephanie at Godby. Stephanie was so pleasant. She listened and after some questions and consideration referred me to speak to Duwayne. She sent me to him bc we were unsure whether we should repair or replace. He has the expertise to…
