Excellent customer service when I called and spoke with Hannah. I was a first time customer and received same day service for a furnace that would not fire up. Technician, Adrian, arrived before the estimated service window and was professional, clean, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
HVAC install smooth and easy. Needed a new gas line for a range installed fast, as appliances were delivered faster than anticipated. Within a day, Godby was there installing a new gas line. Job was clean, well thought out regarding placement and looks great.
Tyree is always very friendly and professional, and takes time to explain what he’s done. He worked a couple of different angles to get the part we need sooner. Totally appreciate him and Godby in general!

Customer service reps are amazing ladies and got me scheduled very quickly for our regular maintenance. When our furnace completely stopped working had a rep out in just a few short hours.
