Godby has always done a wonderful job for my parents and now for myself!! Came out to service my furnace and check on my water heater. Adrian and Will were both very knowledgeable and gave good explanations as to what was going on. Daniel (Dan) came out the following day to finish a repair and was very patient and…
Rafael Martinez & James Fountain Awesome and excellent HVAC installation 9/11/26 Godby’s Best !! Thank you for the terrific service, care and commitment.
Godby replaced my 20+ year old furnace and A/C with new and efficient Trane components, along with a smart thermostat. From sales consultant Duwayne to installers Joe and Luke, everyone was pleasant to interact with. We ran into a small problem during the installation which could not have been foreseen, but it was…
Very professional and polite. He really knew his stuff installing our new air conditioner. I have liked all of the Godby people.
HVAC install smooth and easy. Needed a new gas line for a range installed fast, as appliances were delivered faster than anticipated. Within a day, Godby was there installing a new gas line. Job was clean, well thought out regarding placement and looks great.
The folks at Godby were fantastic from start to finish helping us select the right A/C & Furnace for replacing our prior HVAC system, installing the new system, & educating us on the new system. You will find no one more knowledgeable, helpful, & a great communicator than Duwayne to guide you thru the process. The…
I have been very impressed with Godby this year. I decided it was time to switch from natural gas to heat pumps and Duwayne was more than willing to provide a top tier system at a very reasonable cost. The Trane heat pump and Bradford White heat pump water heater have been excellent and in spite of switching from…
They were courteous and on time. They got the job done in exactly the amount of time they said. The price was less expensive than others I checked on.
We call on Godby for all of our heating and plumbing needs. They are always professional, thorough, on time, and they do great work and stand behind it. They installed our heating and air conditioning systems and maintain them semi-annually, and they have also solved plumbing issues for us and given us excellent…
Deb and I have had many contractors in our home over the past 2 years and I have to say that by far Godby has been the best. From the initial phone call to set up an estimate appointment to the final installation. Duwayne was great, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened and explained everything…
Well done and professional
The team including Duwayne were fantastic! Went above and beyond to make sure everything was working as expected as part of a new installation and system clean-up after I inherited a mess from the previous homeowner.
Superior service and excellent communication!
The men that worked on my home were excellent. I truly am lost for words on their work. They were prompt and got everything working with team work that I haven't seen in quite some time. Each individual had knowledge in what they were assigned. They were polite and cleaned up everything. On your list I didn't see a…
Our HVAC system was ailing and Godby did a fantastic job from top to bottom. They diagnosed that it needed to be replaced (not repaired), were clear about our options in terms of size / SEER, and were generally excellent in terms of customer service. Their price was more than reasonable - actually the lowest bid we…
Gary has been our go-to guy for 2 decades. We rely on him to always get the job done right and fast. His professional and friendly manner has been something we look forward to each time.
Our experience started with a recommendation from our realtor. He asked me to call Stephanie at Godby. Stephanie was so pleasant. She listened and after some questions and consideration referred me to speak to Duwayne. She sent me to him bc we were unsure whether we should repair or replace. He has the expertise to…
