Tyree came out to help with a leaking pipe in my basement ceiling. Despite the plumbing being way more complicated than it needed to be or we originally expected, he was able to get the leak fixed.
Very efficient
The technician arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided full report on the condition of the system and recommended improvements. Great service!
J is fantastic! Thank You Godby!
Thanks Jay for coming in today to fix our sink! Couldn't do it without you!
We had a supply line to our upstairs lavatory burst suddenly. Right as we were sitting down for the evening after a long day. We called emergency service and Gary came out and fixed us up. We were glad they sent Gary because he's been here before and when he leaves we can stop worrying about the problem. Godby also…
Great job! Well done! Finally I was able to have our shower fixed. Thanks a lot to Will and Godby!
I’ve been a customer for a long time. They always do great work.
The service performed was installation of a new water heater. I would rate the entire experience as a 10 out of 10
Got 2 quotes from them, will end up using them for both.
We have a service/maintenance plan with Godby and they provide great customer service. They were quick and responsive when our heater wouldn't come on during a snowstorm.
We were very impressed with the work of Gary and his apprentice. They were able to do a diagnosis quickly and made the appropriate repairs. They both were also very personable, which made the bill a little less painful.
The men that worked on my home were excellent. I truly am lost for words on their work. They were prompt and got everything working with team work that I haven't seen in quite some time. Each individual had knowledge in what they were assigned. They were polite and cleaned up everything. On your list I didn't see a…

Godby is wonderful to work with. Costs are reasonable and honest workers that do great work. Will in plumbing is excellent to work with, knows his stuff! Highly recommend.
Have been a Godby customer for many years. They've done our furnace, A/C, water heater and other misc. items. I've always been satisfied. Of note is the service personnel that have come to the house. They've always been on time. I trust their work. Update 08/31/2020. Installed new washing machine. Older…
