Bill contacted me when he was on the way. He arrived right on time. He did a thorough job of checking over our systems. Found a few problems that needed to be addressed. Explained what he had checked, the corrections that were needed and got us ready for the winter. Overall a very pleasant experience. He is knowledgeable and professional.
