Godby has proven to be professional and honest. My tech, Tyree was amazing. He fixed the issue and explained what had happened. The other tech from a competitor told me several parts needed to be replaced and the cost estimate was $6,000. Both techs came out today.

Tyree responded inside of 30 min on a Sunday when our thermostat failed. After replacing a blown fuse, he stayed to check on other root causes that may have blown the fuse and found a limiter that was cause of new error code in furnace.
