Golden Boomers is a very clean and safe place for your elderly loved ones. I have seen the care and love staff have for their residents, and how intimate each house is. The staff really creates close bonds with the residents like if they were their family!

My sister was here for 6 mos. The staff were good but the owner was the problem. She over promised and under delivered consistently. She was slow to answer questions by phone or text if she ever did answer. Was almost never present. Any issues were not dealt with in a timely manner and not verified by video through cameras. She was not honest either. After face to face conversation with my niece and I, she lied about what she said she would provide and put it back on us to provide. Constantly out of supplies like Kleenex and food products. Food was very generic and repetitive. Proceed with caution if you take your loved one there.

Thank you for your feedback. I take this review seriously and with deep consideration to improve in areas where I fell short during your sister’s stay. My absence away for my maternity leave is not an acceptable excuse for any downfall; however, your review and the time away from the office has provided personal and professional reflection opportunities. For any future extended absences, I should have had the right people in place to act on my behalf. I take great pride in following through with promises to provide the care that my residents deserve 100% of the time.
It's always my great intention to do what I can for my residents and their family. I take full accountability for my undeliverable. I’m very thankful that my direct care team was able to step up in areas where I and my management fell short. For the past 8 years, I’ve worked very hard on staff development and try my best to lead them by example.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused everyone involved. After speaking with your niece, I felt that it was necessary for me to waive our contract regarding a 30 days’ notice that includes a month of boarding and services fees.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss anything further. I wish your sister the best as she is lucky to have her sisters and a sweet niece advocating for her. We appreciate all the help you have given us. I will continue to strive for excellence within my team and for my residents and their families.

My Mom and Aunt were going through tough times recovering from a car wreck. They needed a home where they could be safe and comfortable. We heard good things about Boomers and when there was an opening we jumped on it. It has ended up being a great decision.
Especially now with the pandemic going on we can sleep a little better knowing they are in good hands. The staff is great and do a fantastic job. The amenities are wonderful and the home is located in a good community.
We highly recommend!
