Leo the rep from the company meet with my wife and myself, we told him what we would like done, no problem. Took a measurement and gave me an estimate on the job. Explained what their company would be doing step for step. My house was painted and now it looks like a brand new house. At the end we had a walk through…

Zach is very professional and understands my situation immediately. While he is giving the reasonable quote, he shares the different options. Alex knows well about the deck and very hands on as well.

I especially want to commend Leo for being such an excellent project manager. He was always on top of things and made sure everything went smoothly and was done to perfection. Alex and Cesar also did a tremendous job installing the siding, painting, and handling any drywall repairs that were needed.
Such an incredible company offering such great value!

Working with Golden State Builders Group to rebuild and stain my home deck was an amazing experience. They delivered high-quality work that far exceeded my expectations. From my initial phone call with Carmen, to my meeting with Zach who provided the estimate and general oversight, to working directly with the foreman Alex and his crew, it was clear I was dealing with true professionals. We are thrilled with our new Trex deck. From our 1st phone call with Carmen, to our appt with Zach and Drew, who helped us design it, to Gilbert, Mr. Mino, and Francisco, who brought it to life in just 2 weeks, the entire team was professional and responsive. They answered our questions throughout the build, the workmanship was top notch, and the area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Happy to recommend the crew at Golden Gate Builders Group.

I had Zach and Drew out for an inspection of our deck repair project that we needed to get done prior to an HOA painting project. They were extremely friendly and let me know that what I was proposing to do was the right solution. Then they let me know their minimum, but I let them know I already had another estimate for less, so immediately, they said I should just go with that instead. Also, they answered a couple questions I had about adding some gutters to help protect one of our decks, and they were super friendly about spending the extra time to talk to me, even though it was already clear I was going to use someone else. Very refreshing and a great experience. I would definitely recommend them if we were doing anything large scale instead of just making repairs.

We used Golden State Builders to handle siding replacement and painting of our home. The original siding on our home had wood rot and needed repair and the home needed a to be repainted after the siding install. The original siding on our home is not readily available these days but Golden State Builders was able to precure it for us which saved us a ton of money because we were able to just repair those spots that needed work and not have to do the whole home. Leonardo (Leo) Di Sabatino was the project manager and he did an outstanding job! I would give him 6 stars easy. He made sure that the process was as smooth as possible even with the few hiccups here and there. He was always ready to hear any issues we might have and made sure that the project was done to exacting standard. The only issue we had was with their billing department where they would send us invoices for weird amounts that did not match up to the agreed upon amounts in the contract. Here again Leo was there and made sure we were taken care of and that the billing was sorted out. I would definitely recommend Golden State Builders and especially Leo if you are looking for a top tier contractor to make sure your job is done correctly and the way you want it done!
