And initially I was told on the phone they could do less than their 12 hours per week minimum but the day of when I called to see why…

Zoya is my Dad’s caretaker. My mom raves about her. She is a hard worker, always asking what she can do to help and providing great companionship. My mom has been very impressed with her ability to anticipate their needs and willingness to jump in and help. It is a relief to know such a competent caregiver is there with my parents.

After making a deposit. I have not been able to get a refund of the balance of unused funds. I can't get a response from this company. The care was good, but don't give them a deposit.

We’re glad you were happy with the care your mother received, just a bit concerned about why you mentioned not receiving a response from us concerning your deposit. Our records indicate your received your deposit within two weeks of discontinuing care, just as you the care agreement you signed states. You discontinued care on 2/23 and we sent out the deposit on 3/7, twelve days later. We would be grateful if you would take a moment to review your records and increase your star rating accordingly.
