Customers report that the team handles irrigation repairs, tree pruning, yard cleanups, and mulch installation with punctuality and attention to detail. Reviewers frequently highlight fair pricing, transparent estimates, and prompt communication via text or phone. However, one low-star review notes that the business failed to return calls for quotes, suggesting that responsiveness can be inconsistent during high-demand periods.

Jose and his crew were busy this week. They pruned our trees as well as our 40 ft palm.
Two days later they were back spreading 12 tons of rock and yards of mulch. They've really transformed our back yard into an outdoor living room and we couldn't be happier

We have been using Jose for a long time now and could not be more pleased with his service. His crew is punctual and careful, he is routinely checking in to make sure we are satisfied with the work he is doing. He is also a great choice for landscaping and has done many projects in our front and back yards, all of which have held up well and looked beautiful.
If you are looking for a Gardner / landscaper, I would recommend speaking with Jose.

I hired Jose to come out out help tackle our overgrown yard. He gave us a fair estimate and was professional and prompt with great communication. Came back to see the yard in person and looked even better than what I saw from his video. He has a new loyal customer!

Jose and his team are amazing! Very fast at scheduling an initial onsite walkthrough to get a sense of the projects. Our first project was a complete yard (front and back) clean up, removal of a dead tree and overgrown hedges and boarder daisies. He also cut back a group of cypress that blocked view of the road and another that was in danger of hitting both our and our neighbors roof. Pricing was very reasonable and discussed upfront. We have a couple more projects planned, and will definitely be using Gonzalez Gardening Bay Area to complete them.

Wow, Ylani what fantastic feedback! We're grateful for your kind words about Jose and his team's efficiency and professionalism. It's wonderful to hear you're excited about your upcoming projects with us!

I’m extremely happy with the job Jose did for me. My yard, in spite of having a lot of mature landscaping, was looking haggard and overgrown and had too many weeds for me to take care of myself. I have a gardener who comes weekly, but he wasn’t interested in tackling the cleanup that I wanted to have done. Jose took care of all the weeds and overgrowth, took out plants that were dying, trimmed everything that needed it and made my whole yard look absolutely beautiful. His rate was extremely fair and he was a pleasure to work with. I expect to be hiring Jose on a regular basis and I recommend him highly.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback, Rebecca! We're delighted to hear that Jose transformed your yard into a beautiful space. It's great to know you found his services both effective and enjoyable. We're here whenever you need us!
