Kayla was phenomenal and made everything a breeze with this house hunting me and my husband has been on. From stressful services in the past and a terrible experience being housing, Kayla didn’t hesitate to make sure me and my husband felt welcomed and hopeful. 10/10 recommend. Goodwin has been amazing to rent from! They are always friendly and understanding. They are fast to help with any problems. They are very good about staying in contact and keeping you up to date with maintenance or any requests that you have!
Team is amazing and communication is awesome! If you're thinking about renting from them I have no higher recommendation. As someone who has dealt with both tenants and property managers they are top notch!

Management never check own tenants. They just put eviction notes own struggling ppl doors. Rent is 720 . Late own rent ex. 360 turn into 530 then . You be paying your rent all over again Trust me. It happens.
