EXCELLENT SERVICE! Wyatt did a fantastic job on my garage door opener. My old Genie locked up and failed, I called Goody, and they came out within hours, replaced the unit with a more modern and better unit, and he got it up and running in 90 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Thanks for the great…

This is my second review of Goody garage doors. It is equally as good as the first (5 stars). This time, Joey came out to help us with our garage door keypad. He figured out pretty quickly that fixing it over and over and over again was probably not the right answer. He installed a new one for us, helped me get it…
Quick to respond to service call and within 12 hours of the call the spring and cables for my garage door were fixed. The technician, Joey, was truthful and recommended replacing only the damaged or unsafe parts to be replaced.
My garage door rail and opener needed to be replaced. Tyler came out and was great. I had called three other competitors and they came in the lowest for the same equipment and service. Even came in over $800 lower than another competitor. Tyler got everything checked out and fixed quickly. He answered all my…
They were able to come out the same day I called. Rory H came out and was right on time. The reason for the service call was fixed right away and Rory taught me what to do should it happen again. It was about lighting up the manual release with the trolly. I know those words now. lol! We also had a problem with the…
Goody is amazing, I put in for an estimate and was called within 5 minutes for a technician to come out and give me that and if the price was what I was looking for they could do the work right then. Someone was out with in a hour and a half. The technician was so great, friendly polite and was straightforward about…
Troy from Goody Garage stopped by today for our bi-annual maintaince. He was friendly and professional. Kylan, our installer did a first rate job on our garage door installation today. Our old door had been repaired by Goody and we were nervous our new door wouldn’t come before our repair failed. I was so happy when Kylan came on time and finished an entire replacement of our old door in only two hours. So smooth…

Reed is AMAZING! He arrived to do an adjustment on our small garage door but when I opened up the double door there was an awful noise which alarmed me. He diagnosed the problem and quickly got it fixed. He also lent a hand with mounting a tv which we tried and failed to do. As we are two seniors we greatly…
Caleb from Goody Garage came out last week to give us a quote on a new garage door and opener. He offered to make an extra trip out this week to install the opener before the new door comes in because he knew we were having such trouble. I really appreciated that. Both times he came to our house he communicated his…
