Goose Euro - Downtown

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and its staff! Every time I’ve brought them a job that others wouldn’t consider, they have gotten it done with ease. I trust nobody else with my 2019 Audi S5. 1000% recommend going with these guys!

Professional service for my 2019 Alfa Romeo. Affordable prices. Definitely recommended if you have a European vehicle.

The A6 was scheduled for oil change and we also had them service the card to make sure everything was up and running. As always got to the workshop and Robert the manager was very courteous took the car in And I was notified that the vehicle was ready; picked it up in the afternoon and left as a very Satisfied… Read full review

Good diagnosis checks here at the shop. Mark and Marissa provide good knowledgeable customer service.

Very professional and will be returning here with my Porsche 911. They go above and beyond highly recommended.

Great spot for euro car service. Context: I have a 2020 Porsche Panamera I’ve been trying to find a place in San Antonio that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for any service… These guys hooked it up. Definitely worth checking out. 10/10

Brought my Smart Car in for a $49.99 oil change with a coupon. They accepted the coupon, said nothing, and then handed me a $189 bill for an oil change?!? Apparently Smart Cars are “European vehicles” because of Mercedes, so they tacked on every fine‑print fee imaginable — cartridge filter, European surcharge,… Read full review

I have been going to Goose for 8 years now. They have always been honest and trustworthy. The techs are knowledgeable, and the customer service is fantastic. They honor all warrantied work to the fullest. I won't take my Mercedes-Benz anywhere else.

Great place for euro autos. Took care of my S90

Robert is always great! However, I could not find where I was reimbursed for the car rental. Repaired oil leak.

Thank you Marissa, Chris and Robert for the excellent service.

Another shop told me I needed to replace my brakes. They checked my vehicle and it turns out my vehicle didn't need it done. I so appreciate their honesty.

First time there recently. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had me on the road in no time. I’m definitely a repeat customer.

Good service and good people!!

Always have had a great experience with this shop. From oil changes, to transmission work, they have always been easy to work with. Been taking my Mercedes to them for years now. Better service than dealerships for older models.

Also Diagnostic on Diesel Van - Straight shooters.- will use them again.

The best customer service!!! The only shop I trust working on my car.

Very friendly staff! The rep Marissa took my Audi in right away for its first service and they finished my vehicle in a timely manner. I definitely will be taking my vehicle to them in the future!

Quickly repaired my Volvo engine, perfectly in line with Insurance adjuster. I will use them again if needed

Updated 4/28/23 Had appt at noon for oil change. After waiting around for an hour I noticed my car was still not in the shop. Luckily I asked bc they forgot about my work order 😞. When they got to it, it literally took only 10-15 min to complete, for an almost $200 oil change (Mercedes). I had coupon so it was… Read full review

My VW had been burning oil faster than normal. We took it to VW dealership to look at it and they said it was normal. I took it to Goose to get an oil change and asked them if they could figure out was wrong. They found the problem in the time it took to change the oil. Shout out to Karen, Skyler, Chris, and the… Read full review
