Many years ago I brought in a Volvo for the goose team to service and I thought why not bring in an Audi for a pre purchase inspection. The Goose team was friendly, enthusiastic and very informative. Robert & Marissa are always welcoming and always provides great customer service and ensure that the appropriate services of repair are met for my vehicle. They provided continuous updates from the technician and had me back on the road as soon as my vehicle was ready.

2 and half hours for a estimate. Was the first appointment in the morning and arrived when they opened. At two hours was told it was going to be another 20 to 25 mins to just give me a price figure. Wish I could give zero stars to this place. Estimate is on brake replacement for
Front and back. Everyone seems to be shooting the breeze with each other. Had high hopes from past reviews, don’t want to assume they are false. It’s a Tuesday and it was pretty dead with the rate of people coming in. Had one person come
In for an appointment and that was because the work they done wasn’t great and wanted it fixed. Next person came then left after a quick talk with the front, they even seemed frustrated with the service. They finally said they did a full inspection when originally asked for just a brake estimate. Seed to be looking for other things to add for service and then said that the full inspection usually costs around 200 $ dollars but they gave it for free. I wasn’t looking for anything else or free but they insisted on doing it for what reason I don’t know. I completely wasted a morning for this and now decided to go else where. Even when I said I wanted to go elsewhere and was handed the quote they asked if wanted to schedule in for today. Be cautious with this place.
