Total professionalism at this location. The communication was clear, the work was on time and done right.
Our VW Atlas was in need of a steering rack replacement. The part is on back order and difficult to locate. They were able to find one and upon installation were initially unable to get the full calibration completed with the software they have in-house. At no additional charge to us, they were able to bring in a…
This is my third visit and each has been polite, professional and prompt. Necessary repairs were made and concerns about poor mpg were treated with a conservative approach.
Excellent, professional service! I like the transparency from the start by sending the quote with "options" & pictures to show you exactly what they found. The Lyft rides offered by them to or from their shop is also a nice touch. I have used them twice now, I highly recommend!
The best customer service!!! The only shop I trust working on my car.
They were very fast and stayed in contact with me the entire time! Would definitely use again!
Took my Land Rover at the end of march for a water pump , thermostat and engine coolant line replacement also had them do a drive b having our wheel alignment at that time. We related to them we were going to be out of town and we need our vehicle by April 2. Upon receiving our vehicle on the drive home from the…
Received unexpectedly awesome service for my BMW. The staff is super friendly and will to accomodate any needs. They had an Uber drive me back home on day of drop-off and pick me up from work when it was time to pick up. Constant and clear communication about my car as well as pricing. I am military so I received a…

Muy bien servicio. Muy amables
Leo was my service advisor and highly recommend him. He kept me updated of everything. Constantly informing me thru the entire process. Travis was the technician who worked on my car and did a masterful job of repairing everything that was wrong. The car looks and performs as if it was brand new.
Very professional stuck to their estimates even though it went over, will be my auto repair on my car as long as I own
This place is awesome. My family was on a road trip when our suspension went out. They were able to get us in an repair our vehicle within one day. Great people great customer service
They always do a great job on my car. I feel like they are very honest and transparent on the work that needs to be done. They are genuinely customer friendly and care about your experience.
The 1st time I went to Goose everything was kosher. This past encounter, however, not at all. They had my car sitting for over a month with no estimate of damages or any work done on it. I tried to get the car moved to another shop because no progress was being made. They had my car the whole month of December and…
What a fantastic business! They were there for me on the worst day of a very bad year and treated me like family! My car broke down at the worst possible time and left me stranded in San Antonio. Not only did it get fixed in time, but Goose Automotive employees arranged the whole process in the least stressful way,…
Frank Santonastaso Super professional and will help you with anything you are having trouble with. Super affordable and the team there all are great mechanics.
Everyone is super nice and welcoming, professional customer service and monthly coupons in the mail and not to mention I never have any issues with my Audi! I highly recommend this place especially for imports! I hate going to the dealership so my go to is Goose Automotive!
