Had my dryer act up on a Saturday and was able to book them on a Monday. Gave me an honest assessment and while they had it apart went ahead and had them replace all the parts that could fail. Work was done right and now we can catch up on laundry. Thanks Doug for the quick work!
Ever honest about repairs. If not worth fixing they tell you! Have used them before and will use them again!!
They ALWAYS deliver. Punctual, professional, and prepared. Since they asked for model & serial numbers when I made my appointment, Doug came with parts to fix my dryer immediately. No “we’ll order the part & come back.” I appreciate & respect that. Plus, I got the educator’s discount!
