Jeremy was very knowledgeable and explained the issue with our washing machine without patronizing me. He showed me the old piece that was no longer working and got our washer back up and running in a jiffy. Would happily use Got Your 6 again!
I cannot imagine that these are real people leaving 5 star reviews. My experience was horrible and I got ripped off. In addition to a service call fee, I was charged a fee for “explaining” the problem with my washer to me and how to fix it. $70 to explain my problem; I’ve never heard of such a scam. To top it off,…
Wonderful company to work with! Fair, fast, and competitive!

Outstanding service by Doug to address our onry LG Washer. Doug was friendly, professional and instructional regarding the problem with the washer and very helpful in addressing our next steps. Appreciated that Doug contacted us that he was on his way 30 min. prior. So glad we found you folks online!
We are so thrilled to have IGY6 for our repairs. Doug did a great job repairing our refrigerator. We wouldn’t call anybody else.
Quick, efficient service. Got both the washer and dryer back to full proper function. Parts on hand and repaired in the same afternoon. Veteran's discount! Highly recommend!
Jeremy was on time and friendly. He was able to fix our washer and even helped us with another job we needed a hand with. Highly recommend!
We’ve used IGY6 appliance repair multiple times. We’ve had them repair a washer for us and a standalone fridge. Both times Jeremy and his team were quick to fix the issue. We ended up moving and needed a new washer and dryer and got a great price through IGY6. Installation was quick, easy and they used higher end…
They are awesome. We have used before and will continue to use. Great customer service. Friendly and very professional. Great knowledge and service.
I had a great experience with the owner, Jeremy, who came out to look at my washer today. Unfortunately, my original washer couldn’t be repaired, but he quickly helped me find a solution. He was able to pick up a new washer and come back the same day to install it, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.…
Great service by a friendly, knowledgeable tech. Explained what needed to be done and why. Gave the price up front and repaired the washer quickly.

Jeremy at Got6 repaired my washing machine at a reasonable price. Very polite, prompt and personable. Love this company's communication. Will use again.
Jeremy was very friendly and professional. Diagnosed the problem with our washing machine. Unfortunately, the parts were unavailable due to the age of washing machine (15 years). Jeremy was able to offer us a new model with delivery and install the next day.
Called first thing in the morning and had a technician onsite in less than 2 hours. Well dressed with company logo on his shirt and his service truck also had the company name and info clearly visible. Very personable and got right to work. Diagnosed the issue within a few minutes, quoted a turnkey price to do the…
