Jeremy was very knowledgeable and explained the issue with our washing machine without patronizing me. He showed me the old piece that was no longer working and got our washer back up and running in a jiffy. Would happily use Got Your 6 again!
I cannot imagine that these are real people leaving 5 star reviews. My experience was horrible and I got ripped off. In addition to a service call fee, I was charged a fee for “explaining” the problem with my washer to me and how to fix it. $70 to explain my problem; I’ve never heard of such a scam. To top it off,…
Wonderful company to work with! Fair, fast, and competitive!

Outstanding service by Doug to address our onry LG Washer. Doug was friendly, professional and instructional regarding the problem with the washer and very helpful in addressing our next steps. I had a great experience with the owner, Jeremy, who came out to look at my washer today. Unfortunately, my original washer couldn’t be repaired, but he quickly helped me find a solution. He was able to pick up a new washer and come back the same day to install it, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.…

Jeremy was very friendly and professional. Diagnosed the problem with our washing machine. Unfortunately, the parts were unavailable due to the age of washing machine (15 years). Jeremy was able to offer us a new model with delivery and install the next day.
Called first thing in the morning and had a technician onsite in less than 2 hours. Well dressed with company logo on his shirt and his service truck also had the company name and info clearly visible. Very personable and got right to work. Great company and super cool owner! I had a bunch of issues and he was very helpful with advice and diagnostics. He came out and diagnosed my oven, fridge, and washing machine and waived the entire service call charge. Awesome guy, I'll definitely use them in the future and can't recommend them enough.

I contacted them to help me with my busted washing machine. They were very upfront with pricing and did a very good job of explaining what he believed the issue was. It ended up being more trouble than the washer was worth for me but I very much appreciate Jeremy for being so honest and helpful.

So pleased with IGY6 appliance repair!! Jeremy went above and beyond to fix our washing machine. He is thorough, professional in all manners and treats the appliance he is working on like it was his own. Highest of recommendations for all appliance repair needs.
Wonderful service and response time. In fact, same day service! And although my machine replacement part was not longer manufactured, Jeremy found a way to still repair my machine and I was able to use it the same day it broke down! I highly recommend this company! Thank you
This was the best experience we've had with appliance repair. Was very honest and upfront about everything. Would highly recommend Jeremy!
