We had a wonderful experience with your catering services from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, Lena Osaki was responsive, accommodating, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had.
One example that stood out was when we received an automated email indicating that payment would be required prior to the event. Since we typically process payment after services have been rendered, we were a bit concerned. However, Lena was incredibly helpful and quickly clarified the situation, which we greatly appreciated. She explained that the automated emails had been sent in error and that she does not have the ability to modify how those messages are generated. To help avoid confusion for future customers, it may be beneficial to review and update the automated messaging process.
On the day of the event, everything went smoothly. The food was delicious, delivery and pickup were completed right on schedule, and the overall service exceeded our expectations.
Thank you for helping make our event a success. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and look forward to working with your team again in the future.

Gourmet Gourmet completely exceeded my expectations for my wedding. Gabriel and the team at GG were wonderful to work with. My husband and I contacted them early so we had a long runway for tasting and modifications to the menu, but it turns out one of their base menus was so incredible we hardly needed to make any changes. Additionally, having a custom cake included from a local bakery made the process a breeze as well. Gabriel even drove out of his way to make sure we could do an official cake tasting closer to where we lived so we didn't need to drive far.
The reception for the wedding went absolutely perfect - GG was well prepared and made sure the catering and cake was themed with our florals and colors for the wedding. It all tasted even better than the initial tasting we did, and it was picture perfect. I'd recommend Gourmet Gourmet in a heartbeat to anyone else getting married or hosting a special event... and make sure to request Gabriel because he is a joy. :)

Gourmet Gourmet Catering provides a Bar Tending service, many carters in the Rancho Cucamonga & Ontario areas do not offer this service. I would highly recommend Gourmet Gourmet Catering.

Gabriel from Gourmet Gourmet was absolutely amazing. We had our wedding in April, and they were so great with working with us for our menu and our budget. Additionally, Gabriel went above and beyond to make sure we had food while we were taking photos during cocktail hour and making sure that we had food during the reception as well. All of our guests loved the food, and I was told "wedding food is usually pretty meh, but this was amazing."
