My husband and I skipped all the hassle of a wedding years ago, so when it came time to plan our baby shower, we wanted to give our friends and family something a bit more elevated and boy did Chawn & So Cal BBQ deliver! I had been eyeing them for some time and finally had the perfect event to try them out. The communication from start to finish was top notch, quick and clear. It started with a quote for a standard menu while Chawn helped guide me through different selections and answered all my questions to land on the ultimate final menu. Chawn went above and beyond, communicating with the venue directly to work out some logistics, keeping me updated along the way. Everyone walked away from the event raving about the food, even my hard to please asian parents!! In the end, all leftovers were neatly packed in to go boxes (the good expensive ones according to mom & dad). One made its way to a cousin of mine, who liked it so much she asked my aunt to ask me what restaurant it was! Sorry.. guess she’ll have to wait for the next event :) I failed at taking any photos because all the food went straight into my belly..
Diana, we appreciate you choosing us for your baby shower. We’re glad Chawn’s clear guidance and venue coordination made planning easier and that your guests, even your hard to please parents, loved the food. It means a lot that leftovers and a cousin’s referral earned such praise. We enjoyed serving your family and look forward to your next celebration. God bless you!

We were able to taste test the food outstanding finger licking good. They BBQ for family and friends of a 100 guest and everyone enjoyed the delicious meal that was served. I asked Shawn about sautéed mushrooms he said we don’t do that, but for you I got you covered. One of my boys is a healthy eater he didn’t want sauces on his meat Tony and another gentleman said knows we got you covered. This family owned business caters to their customers for sure 💯. I will recommend over and over I will hand out business cards.Once again thank you Shawn and crew
