Amazing massage. This is my second time there and they do not disappoint. I am now 6 weeks postpartum and Ping took such good care of me. This was my first massage since having a baby and she made me feel so safe and comfortable, and my body felt great after. Highly recommend! Thanks Ping!
I just had the best massage I have ever had with Pink at Grand Central Bodyworks. Pink is a highly skilled massage therapist who is gentle, but strong. She is a great massage therapist and a lovely person. I highly recommend Grand Central Bodyworks and especially with Pink.

Ava was so incredible!!! I got a 90 minute massage and she really did a number on my super tight shoulders and back. She had the perfect balance and didn’t use too much pressure but did an excellent job at relieving my tension which is often hard to find in my opinion. I can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Great service and great staff.
Very disappointing experience and extremely poor service. We booked a massage for two people, and two Thai technicians performed the massage. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very unprofessional and unhygienic. The same lady was working at the reception and then performing the massage, without changing her shoes or wearing any proper uniform. Basic hygiene standards did not appear to be followed. The massage itself was very rough and uncomfortable. There were no checks to make sure the pressure or movements were okay, including when turning my head from side to side. The massage was mainly limited to the back and legs, with no proper massage of the front of the body. The massage room was also far too small for two people, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Despite being dissatisfied, we still left a tip. However, the lady at reception questioned why we had not left a larger tip for two technicians. I explained that the massage had been very poor, but her response was dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The service, hygiene, professionalism, and quality of the massage were all below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

I highly recommend this spa. JJ was truly the best yesterday. She ask questions about what was going on with my body and incorporated it into my massage. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep.
