I had an estimate done, then within the week they were out to do the job. They sent Billy and Phil out today to update my electrical wiring. Both were great!! They were friendly and knowledgeable. They went right to work and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Grasser! Thanks guys!

My technician Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He went over and beyond in services. He addressed items of concern that initiated the service tequest but also explained a few additional items that were non related and helped troubleshoot. He was on time and spent the needed amount of time without rushing.

Mike was courteous and professional. The work that was performed and pricing for the service was fully explained upfront beforehand. He got the job done quickly and am pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommends Mike for all electrical needs.

Paul G installed a new outdoor light and fixed several inside outlets for us. Scheduled the service, he was on time and great service. We will use their service in the future.

My house was hit by lightning and sorting things out has been a mess. Being able to count on Grasser for efficient service to get things back up and running has been such a stress relief. Now I have a whole home surge protector so hopefully if there is a next time the damage will be limited.

Had Billy out this morning to service our home, and he knocked it out of the park. He was so kind and helpful, and was able to get your electrical issue fixed so quickly. I am thrilled at the service and care that was provided.

I purchased a new gas stove. Marc came and installed a 110 outlet as well as changing out the microwave outlet to a GFI plug. Jeff came and extended the gas line into the kitchen, installed the stove and tested it all out. They were both very professional. I would highly recommend Grasser.

Brendan did an awesome job for us. He placed canned lighting in the kitchen, hung a light fixture, ceiling fan, and changed out wall plugs and switches too. He was thorough, very clean doing the job and just a pleasure to have him work in our home! Highly recommend Brendan for your electric needs.

Every aspect of this repair and service encounter was excellent. They even worked with Ameran to get the approvals required to accomplish the work. I highly recommend them for any electrical issues you may encounter.

Sean was amazing. He was very personable and attentive. He helped identify the issue and followed through to make sure it worked after fixed. He also had no problem doing a few other unscheduled tasks while he was there (fixed 2 outlets, installed whole house power surge protector, checked power to 2 other lights, and installed a new door chime.) Wonderful! Efficient and professional. They fixed all of the issues I was concerned about. Fixed my mini split heat pump, and also my ring doorbell and another electrical issue. They gave me advice on how to maintain my wall heater. Jordan and Marc did this work in about two hours.
