Mike Came out to our home in St Ann. He did an amazing job and finished the work the same day as the quote. Phenomenal customer service, knowledge and execution.

Brendan showed up on time, had clear communication and set expectations well, explained pricing in detail, and completed the work in a timely manner. He went above and beyond!

I had an estimate done, then within the week they were out to do the job. They sent Billy and Phil out today to update my electrical wiring. Both were great!! They were friendly and knowledgeable. They went right to work and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Grasser! Thanks guys!

My technician Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He went over and beyond in services. He addressed items of concern that initiated the service tequest but also explained a few additional items that were non related and helped troubleshoot. He was on time and spent the needed amount of time without rushing.

We had a problem with our dryer if it was beyond half full, it would trip the 30 amp breaker and have to be reset often multiple times per day. Sean did a great job helping me determine the best way to power my camper by using a larger breaker. He also installed a new GFI plug for our spare refrigerator in the garage.

Sean and Kevin were fantastic. The completed work included multiple outlets added to the basement, as well as a new light fixture, which had a dry walled ceiling. They completed all the work without a trace of mess left behind. Would definitely use again for other work.

Adding EV charging and surge protector was fast and efficient. Billy was friendly and professional. He offered solutions to what was needed and answered all of my questions. This was truly a 5 star experience! Billy, keep being awesome!!

Excellent service from Paul G. Very nice and super efficient. Explained everything in a simple way so us non electricians understand. Very accommodating of my crazy uncle and his mess. Second time using you guys. Will definitely call again in the future as long as we get Paul.

We had Brendan out for electrical work in our garage. He was prompt, fast, and did exactly what we agreed to. The best part was that when he was done, everything was restored to new. We can’t recommend Brendan or Grasser Electric enough and will definitely reach out to them again for our electrical needs.

I have used Grasser Electric for years for all of our electrical needs at several large multifamily apartment complexes and have zero complaints or issues. John Baumann is great to work with and the staff is very well trained and they have a great support team behind them. You will save money in the long run by using them, trust me.
