This is my 1st year using Grassmaster Plus and I’m very happy with their service. I just switched from using TruGreen (for almost a decade) and after only 1 season of lawn care, my lawn is so much greener. My lawn looks great! I would highly recommend using Grassmaster Plus.

Cristina from concord, we’re sorry to see this review, as we made several attempts to address your concerns directly. As previously discussed, we called the day before your scheduled service and left a voicemail when there was no answer. Our technician then completed the scheduled service at your property.
After you contacted us stating that you did not believe the service had been performed, we sent our team back to the property to verify the work. We confirmed that the service had been completed and attempted to reach you by knocking on your door and calling three times. When we spoke approximately an hour and a half later, we asked you to look at the lawn while on the phone with us, at which point you acknowledged that the service had been completed.
Because the service was completed as scheduled, we were unable to provide the requested refund. Unfortunately, our conversation ended, as you hung up on our team before we could fully discuss your remaining concerns. We take customer concerns seriously and are always willing to have a respectful conversation to work toward a resolution. Please feel free to contact our office directly if you would like to continue that conversation.

I used Grassmaster Plus for mosquito and tick spray for one season in 2025. & was very dissatisfied for several reasons, as I will explain.
On their 3rd visit, they never showed up, although I got billed & they left a sign like they were here.
They NEVER came!
I was home all day & have 3 dogs who would bark if someone entered my yard.
I called with my concern, spoke to the owner, (F) who never apologized, but did send them out the next day.
I decided I would not use them again, because of their lack of integrity.
How can you trust a company that takes no responsibility for their lack of actions?
I certainly can’t!
Furthermore, their employees wear no protective gear, as they are spreading these poisonous chemicals.
I think it reflects on their company as a whole, who don’t care about their staff or customers.
Staff is not trained properly, & the company takes no pride in their work!
How many times do they say they come out and are a no show?
If I wasn’t home, I would never have known.
This year they returned in April, unannounced & without any notification that they were coming.
I decided that I was not going to be using this unethical company.
I called them to say, I was not interested in their business & they said they automatically renew.
I used a similar company for the past 10 years and never had an issue.
I switched because Grasshopper plus was cheaper, you get what you pay for, including this company skipping visits, but still charging you!
I now have heard from their collection agency, trying to collect the 79.00 dollars, for services never asked for, which I will not be paying for.
FYI, anything under 500 dollars, does not affect your credit rating.
I hesitated writing this review, however this company is awful & everyone should know.
I would have given zero stars, if that was allowed.

The manner in which you have spoken to our team on multiple occasions has been disrespectful and unacceptable. We do not tolerate verbal abuse or offensive behavior toward our employees. We are willing to discuss any concerns regarding your account, but all communication with our team must remain respectful and professional.
I want to follow up and clarify the history of your account and the services performed at your property.
On November 4, 2025, you communicated to our team that you were looking forward to the next season, referring to the upcoming 2026 season. Prior to the start of the 2026 season, we sent multiple notifications outlining your 2026 services through both mail and email. In addition, our office called the day before each scheduled service to notify you that a technician would be visiting your property.
We also have GPS and service tracking documentation confirming that all five scheduled applications were performed at your property during the 2026 season. Our records do not show any communication from you during the season notifying our office that an application had been missed or that there was an issue with a scheduled visit.
We hope this information provides clarity regarding the services performed and the communication associated with your account.
