Grassmaster Plus

I speak to your technician whenever he comes to service our lawn. He is most respectful. He answers all my questions. I am very pleased with your service.

This is my 1st year using Grassmaster Plus and I’m very happy with their service. I just switched from using TruGreen (for almost a decade) and after only 1 season of lawn care, my lawn is so much greener. My lawn looks great! I would highly recommend using Grassmaster Plus.

Went out do give tech a few things I am concerned about gates and call aheads 30 minutes before because of dogs . He was absolutely very pleasant and understanding easy to talk to . Thanks Tony Bartolo

Thanks so very much for your lawn service. I'm new as a customer and am very happy with the communication with every service

Since I switched to Grassmaster for my fertilization and lawn care, my lawn has never looked better. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and always recommend additional services when needed without being pushy. My lawn now looks like a golf course.

Technician very professional Very happy with results and Company

Technician a real gentleman Informed and professional I'd like to see him again next application

Always incredible customer service and love that I get to share how wonderful they have been to us. So easy, good pricing, and always helpful and nice when we need something or they need to call us for any reason!

Since this is my first 2025 mid spring, summer, fall services. The jury is out still. BUT I will say that when talking with the staff via phone conversations. They are curtious and helpful. They call before they service your property giving an approx time table. Lastly I love that they give recommendations as to… Read full review

Prior to having Grass Master my lawn was a mess. The company prior had ruined it when they over fertilized in a dry spell. Grass Master was hired and in one season had my lawn greener and healthier then I could have expected. My wife and I are both extremely happy with the way they care for our lawn.

Overall satisfied with the service provided. Timely and adequate for the lawn.

First year, using their service and very pleased with the results, the lawn has never looked greener, and the costs were very reasonable.

Came on a timely basis

I have used Grassmaster Plus for several years. The condition of my lawn has steadily improved, with last's lawn looking outstanding. (Lots of rain helped a lot!). Grassmasters does a very good job and is very responsive to my calls, if I have any issues or questions. I’m thoroughly pleased with all of Grassmaster’s services that I use.

I have used Grassmaster Plus for years, would not have anyone else. Always here when they should be and the work is done right.

Very nice nice people to deal with on a consistent basics .

Awesome work by their crew. Did not harass me like others to sell me anti big stuff and other products I don't want. Very nice and lawn looks great. Thank you

First time customer. Have struggled with various lawn issues. Grassmaster Plus was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. After just a few weeks I see a striking improvement!

Grassmaster maintains a very professional service taking care of all my lawn care needs. I was not overly happy with the results this year with my treatment. I understand a lot of rain, but the lawn has a lot of weeds . I felt the tech should have seen these and resolved it before I needed to call them and request that they come out to fix the issue

Very professional service and definitely reliable. My only concern is that is could take years of treatment to achieve the lawn you desire, and at time it seems hard to visualize the treatments applied, but that is not so much on GrassMaster as it is our yard. It is not a one year service plan, but in fairness that may not be reasonable to expect.

My lawn was completely burnt and dead. It was overwhelming but Grassmaster Plus came by in the Spring to aerate and overseed and by the Summer I had a full green lawn. It was worth the money in my eyes because I look outside and the results speak for itself.

They d O a fabulous job!!! Sorry I didn’t change years ago. You get What you pay for

My grass looks amazing. I am so happy with them. I had another company and was not happy. GrassMaster brought my grass back to life. Looking forward to another season

We switched to Grassmaster Plus this past year and couldn't be happier. We love that their product is safe for pets and kids, and our lawn bounced back very quickly and was lush and green and better than we expected. They were great to work with in scheduling additional services and working around our schedules.… Read full review

Been with Grassmaster Plus for years and have had great service with my fertilizer/overseed program. Lawn in great shape. highly recommend them. George Berube from Topsfield Ma

Ever since Grassmaster Plus started caring for my lawn it has become so vibrant and green. It has been just wonderful and enjoyable to look at. It is weed free and shows it is well cared for. The technicians are so professional and courteous. Always willing to answer any questions. Thank You for your great service Sal Ragonese

Responsive and easy to work with - they send service summaries after every service and they actually do the service! I have previously had a well-known, nationwide vendor who would drive up to my house, not get out of the vehicle and say they serviced my lawn. I switched to Grassmaster and they have been consistent and fair.

Excellent service! Very professional!

They arrive on-time and leave an explanation of services performed. They also recommend corrective actions, if required, for the lawn maintenance (like more watering needed....).

Excellent service

I have been a customer for more than 10 years and have been very satisfied with the services provided. Whenever a service is completed I receive an email explaining what was done and the time it was done. I have been very impressed with their professionalism.

Our lawn has never looked better! Grassmaster has made it thicker and stronger with virtually no weeds. We have a small yard and "could" take care of it ourselves, but Grassmaster does a better job. Nicest crew, too....from the service reps to the office manager (Grace is always there whenever you have a billing… Read full review

The lawn has never looked so good.

I have been with Grassmaster Plus for a few years. I am very satisfied with their services and the personal attention my lawn gets. They inform me as to what steps my lawn needs in order to benefit from the treatments along with giving recommendations to make my lawn better.

This was a tough drought year but with the continued treatments, the lawn bounced back great at the end of summer and fall. Plan on continuing with the service.

AERATION & PERIODIC FERTILIZATION. G.M. offered several times to AERATE the lawn and I turned them down... BUT this year we DID IT and the DIFFERENCE SO FAR has been AWESOME. I should have done it years ago. Looking forward to next spring.

Found them to be very professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Good service, fair price and responsive to requests.

Great job. They always come on time. When there are issues they're quick to respond. Much appreciated.

Good

They are professional, my lawn has never looked this good in years.

Very professional and responsive. Great results over the many years that we have used them. Only suggested improvement would be if they also did repair of bare spots beyond aeration and over seeding.

Great company!

They provided a fall Aeration and seed in the first week in August in the height of the water Drought When all towns had water bans. I thought it was called a fall application for a reason

THEY ARE FAIR PRICED, WORK HARD, WORK REALLY WELL, THEY MAKE SURE I AM HAPPY. THE LAWN HAS NEVER LOOKED THIS GOOD. HAVE USED OTHER BIGGER COMPANIES WHO ACTUALLY RUINED THE LAWN. I AM HAPPY WITH GRASSMASTERS.

Only had the one service so far, but they were on time, knowledgeable and what they've done so far seems too be working!

Our lawn looked the best it has ever looked last year. We do not have a working sprinkler system so the weather can take a toll on it. We are hoping this year will turn out just as well

Grassmaster restored my lawn from a grub infestation back to a lush green lawn! Will use them for maintenance going forward!

Grassmaster Plus has maintained our lawn and plant health for many years. They provide aeration, antidessdicant spray, fertilization, lime applications, pest control, seeding, etc. They are great communicators, letting us know in advance by text or email when they will be on our property and reporting… Read full review

Started using Grassmaster after a bad experience with a big chain. Love the service they provide and at a great price. My lawn is the envy of the neighborhood.

They came checked out my yard applied what was needed 6 times a season . Put markers down for children and pets. My yard never looked so good

When we first moved into our new home ~3 years ago, I was mowing part dirt in my front yard and I had NOTHING but dirt in my back yard. Within 2 seasons of Grassmaster servicing my lawn I have a plush, green lawn in the front all season and a back yard with grass for my kids to play in! I receive multiple comments… Read full review

This past fall I finally did the core aeration w/ overseedng and my lawn looked great! It's a little expensive, but now realized it's totally worth it. Grassmaster Plus has been taking care of my lawn with the fertilization program for years and I think they are great!

Grassmaster was extremely easy to work with. They were timely and provided great lawn care. From the first call to service everything was great, with awesome pricing!

Very disappointed with Grassmaster Plus. My grass is looking worst now. On top of it, I was being charged for services that were either half done or not performed at all. The only great thing about this company is their receptionist, Grace (I believe), as she is very accommodating. If you do use this company make… Read full review
