Slow & disorganized. Maybe short staffed? I’ve owned & run many fast pace businesses and I know when I see meandering employees I’m not going to be happy!
The guys were great, went well beyond my expectations and found that my transmission was very low on fluid. I appreciate the attention that they paid to my vehicle. Great bunch of guys
Prompt service. Employees were very courteous. They did extra things, but somehow my phone is not paired to my car now?!? I have no idea how to correct this but maybe a neighbor or grandchild can help me with it. Unfortunately, I live in New Castle so it would be an inconvenience to go back to your shop.
Otto and Rene were so thorough and kind. Work was done in a timely manner! Excellent!!
