Grease Monkey

Nice, friendly staff. A little bit of a wait, but they were super busy.

2 nd visit , Their awesome in and out everything got explained to me free car wash , great experience

Slow & disorganized. Maybe short staffed? I’ve owned & run many fast pace businesses and I know when I see meandering employees I’m not going to be happy!

Prompt service. Employees were very courteous. They did extra things, but somehow my phone is not paired to my car now?!? I have no idea how to correct this but maybe a neighbor or grandchild can help me with it. Unfortunately, I live in New Castle so it would be an inconvenience to go back to your shop.

Otto and Rene were so thorough and kind. Work was done in a timely manner! Excellent!!

The techs were great, price was crazy, coupons were weak and the car wash dryers don’t work

Staff was very nice and informative! Thanks!

Great work and very straight forward!!

As always the staff are so kind and friendly. I real enjoy getting my truck serviced there.

Fast & friendly service, as usual

Had to wait a bit but nothing bad

Great. Fast pros. Friendly good experience

Friendly service, but waiting an hour or longer for an oil change is ridiculous

Great service. Oil change and tire rotation. Professional and thorough inspection of my car.

They guys were communicative and kind. The waiting room was air-conditioned, clean, and had free Coca-Cola. Considering everything that they took care of for me, the price is a great deal. This is where I always get my service work done thank you!

Employees were very polite.

All 3 guys were very helpful and educated on the service. Thank you

Helpful and knowledgeable techs, and they got everything done in a fair amount of time. I like this shop.

Excellent service. I am very satisfied. Will always return.

Friendly, quick service. Great place to go if you are short on time.

During an oil change, the nice service- man took the time to see where there was an oil lea.k , then replaced the plug. As the other service place must have overlooked it, GM was on it. Thank you 😊

The service was super quick and they walked me through everything, all without making me feel pressured to spend more like other places do.

Good experience.

Went above and beyond when it came to an issue I had with my truck. Great service at a fair price.

The crew listened to my concerns, moved into action and took care of me efficiently. There was a positive energy throughout the garage and even between customers; everybody in a good mood and satisfied with the service received. I was back in my car and on the road 20 minutes quicker than one of the guys predicted. I’ll keep coming back here!

I have never had to worry about the work done on all our vehicles, Rifle Grease Monkey has always had our backs and taken care of us. Can't thank everyone enough for all their work.

Fast, friendly and efficient. The free car wash is an extra bonus

Staff was amazing! Service was quick! Would recommend!

Very pleased and professional. Thank you.

Matt was great.

I got an oil change although the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional I feel like the prices at this shop were kinda high.

No fault of there own, they were very busy so I had to wait awhile but they did hustle to get our vehicles serviced properly and safety

Very disappointed. I have a 2024 Honda CRV and was told it had a transmission leak and the technician couldn’t tell where the leak was coming from. I was also told that it needed a new battery which isn’t needed. Also, when I told the technician not to put air in my tires because they are filled with nitrogen gas,… Read full review

Grease Monkey in Rifle is the best! Matt the manager expects only the best and his team comes thru for sure! My windows were cleaned, car vacuumed all fluids topped off while in for an oil change! Thank you for going the extra mile with customer satisfaction, I’ll definitely come back. I love that my car was in and out with NO WAIT! Thank you Matt and Team

Great service. Fast and through!

Great experience except there was a huge grease handprint on my passenger side dash , i cant get it clean now ? Do you have suggestion? On how to clean it ? was perfect interior until now

Always friendly and helpful, associates finish the job in a timely manner

Rifle Grease Monkey is the best. I’ve been to other Grease Monkeys and they have always been very good. The manager and the techs in Rifle are a step above the rest.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They greeted me as soon as I pulled up.This will be my go to shop from here forward.

They have always treated me and my car right. They are honest about quality and pricing. I have never had a bad experience.

Quick and clean

Professional, friendly and swift. They have always provided me and my 330,531 milage car with the best of care. : )))

Matt was a great Technician. He had me in and out in under 20 minutes and gave me excellent advice on maintenance. I would highly recommend to my friends!

I love this Grease.Monkey. wonderful staff great Atmosphere. And you know your car is getting serviced professionally.

I have had good service here every time, seem to be a little short staffed at times but I get in and out within a reasonable amount of time usually

They did a great job. Friendly and efficient 😊

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The Rifle team is professional, quick, helpful and honest.

They are thorough and kind and professional. Will be going back

Love going here for an oil change. They are always quick and so polite!

Great job as always been coming here for over 5 years.Fast, friendly Thanks

Professional, helpful, polite.

I had an amazing experience at Grease Monkey! I initially went in for a routine oil change, but the professionals there went above and beyond. They discovered a cracked radiator and took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I understood the situation. My car's radiator was from the manufacturer, and… Read full review

Overpriced. Go to Glenwood instead

Car wash sucks! Service was ok. Last time we took the wife's car in the oil level was low when we got home and checked it and they left a couple of tools under the hood.

This was my first time using them. Rene was friendly and informative. Will definitely use again.

Brian always goes above asmr beyond!

Very nice and super helpful!!

Far too expensive. Spilled oil on the engine. Guys that do the work are trustworthy.

When I pulled in there were 15 cars in line. They told me it would be about 1 hour and 30 minute wait. It actually only took about an hour. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about my 2021 Ram 1500 Classic. I would recommend them to anyone!

The location in Rifle Colorado are centered on their customers and their satisfaction. Great staff.

They always do a great job when I go to them

Great service and well explained everything that was done. Thanks!

Thorough and kind service

Grease Monkey in Rifle, CO: We received nice, quick, and thorough service when we went in for the oil change on our car. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Matt explained everything and respectfully listened to and answered all our questions. We definitely would recommend them to others as a good choice.

Fast, great service

Great service!

Matt the manager went above and beyond what he need to, to take care of my trucks needs and get me out and back to work asap.

Very professional.

Very helpful friendly team.

I appreciate having a trusted business close to home that I can take my vehicles to for affordable maintenance and servicing without waiting for days to get it done. 🙂

They did a great job. Got me in and out on a hot summer day. Thank you. Appreciate your hard work.

Two hour wait!

The team was great, they were friendly. I will be back.

Great service! Going here for 14 years.

I was greeted promptly and clearly explained the recommended oil for my vehicle. All the employees were friendly and professional. Filters and other fluids, as well as the rodent sign under my hood, was pointed out but I didn’t feel pressured, just advised. They got it done in an efficient, timely manner, swept it… Read full review

Very quick considering how many cars were ahead of me. Very nice and professional.

Awesome job guys 5 stars

Friendly staff.. Took time to explain differences in oil weights and between synthetic blend and full synthetic.. Crew did an inspection of a variety of fluids and filters..there were about 5 cars in front of me and they seemed well staffed to get the work done in a timely matter.. the guys are great here

Quick and efficient. Didn't try to push unnecessary services. Great communication.

They did a good job and got me out quickly

Great service! I would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. MY WIFE AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT 👍 EXPERIENCE HERE

This is the place I go EVERY TIME. They don’t put the hard sale on. They are super quick and accurate. 10/10 always go to this shop!!!

Chris and the crew were super helpful, quick and friendly! They got us in and out super fast!

Great customer service and even got a free car wash. I was traveling thru the state and glad I chose this place to work on my truck. Keep up the good work

Love what you guys did, I didn't know anything about Mr car and what oil it needed and they took care of me. I got there and only had to wait 30 minutes and it was decently busy. And the staff was very friendly and knew what they were doing!

I have found my new service shop, thanks guys

Excellent service. Highly recommend the s business.

This business provides great customer service. They do quality work and explain everything thoroughly. I've never been disappointed.

Excellent service

Staff was prompt, professional, and courteous. I did not expect to pay $164 for an oil change.

I stopped in for an oil change and service for my '03 Dodge 5 9L. The mechanics jumped right to the job not just changing the oil but doing a fine tooth check-up on everything- including greasing the zerks. The charge was very reasonable. This was the first time I've been to the Rifle CO Grease Monkey and I definitely will come back.

They did a good job, just took a little longer than it should have.

Love the team here, everyone is great!

I don’t know what it is but I’ve been to grease monkey twice in two different cities and each time I only get an oil change and then my car starts running funny. First time seemed like the radiator was clogged or the thermostat stopped working and it heats up too much in idle now. Second time, start my car for work… Read full review

Great service, I’ll use again for sure.

Top notch service.

Great service and professional 👏

Great service, unfortunately they were short handed so the oil change took a little over an hour and made me a little late for an appointment so I wish they would have told me when I first arrived that it would take longer than normal. Overall I am very pleased and am planning on bringing my car back soon to have the brakes done.

Great service

I found the employees very helpful and they came and got my information rite away, I didn't even have to leave my car.

It was a fast an easy experience just took a little long to get my car back but overall amazing staff

Fast and friendly service

Great experience going there ! Got a free car wash upgrade today !

They got my oil change done quickly

Very disappointed because this is my third time here with 3 different cars and they always tell me that they check the Windshield Washer Fluid and filled it up but they didn’t,one more thing tire pressure too ,they told me the same thing that they checked but they didn’t …

Guys always take care of me here!

It was so quick and easy! I waited at Walmart Auto center for 15 minutes without even being helped with getting an appointment. I came straight over to Grease Monkey & all the employees I talked to we so kind and quick to help me.

Staff was very friendly and worked efficiently.

Brian was great !! Walked me through everything that needed to be done.

The guys did great, friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service. Nice and friendly staff. I’ll be back for sure.

Fast friendly service! Very impressed at the length of time it took to get my car through! Will definitely be back!

Always Friendly. They let me drop off my car and I went to work and called me when it was done. I appreciate that they had it backed into a space after so I could just pull forward and they locked my doors! Great customer service!

Great service and very friendly staff.

Good Job!

Brian is an amazing service provider. Knowledgeable and incredibly customer service oriented!

This team actually loves what they do and it shows! Everyone was knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail with records and email follow up provided. These guys were so friendly it really made my day! Still in and out within an hour even w multiple needs. Thanks Rifle Grease Monkey team! You really work as a team and it shows!

These guys always do a great job on my vehicle service. The one thing I love more is the upbeat energy of the crew. I know they’re short staffed but they make the best of it and are always friendly and smiley.

Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous

Everything was fine, except it took twice as long as they told me it would. Almost 2 hours when I was told 50 minutes. I told them that I needed the vehicle and had to leave and they just kept trying to sell me on different things it "needed".. If I didn't have to be somewhere at a certain time, I wouldn't have mind it.

These guys can always get you in and out quickly for an oil change & tire rotation!

I think they do a nice job. I take both of my vehicles there. They provide education on services that your vehicle could truly benefit from but they’re not pushy. Thanks for taking care of my car!

Great service! Long wait but the staff is still nice and professional

Good

What an amazing experience! Brian took the time to talk with us regarding a vehicle he wasn’t even servicing for us. The staff was all cheerful and such a pleasure to be around. I would recommend the Rifle Grease Monkey for sure!!

They have messed up my vehicle the last 3 times I've gone there. The first time they left the bottom engine protector off. The next time they installed new wiper blades that were installed wrong and don't work. Lastly the stripped all the lug nuts on all 4 tires of my vehicle. It's sad that this is one of the only… Read full review

the guys at this location were professional and very helpful they told me what need fixing and explained everything they were doing

Horrible service! Do not use them!

For a "quick" lube, it was a slow and odd experience. Upon pulling up to the garage, we weren't greeted, directed, or see any staff. There were cars in two bays, and not being sure which bay would open next, we parked in the middle of the two bays. We were eventually greeted, and checked in but given no direction as… Read full review

They put the same oil filter on my cars one is a Honda 4 cylinder and the other is a Subaru outback 6 cylinder my oil plug was not tight and they only put 5 quarts in my car which takes 6 and a half then they tell me I have a oil leak wonder why never will come back ever again bunch of kids not knowing what to do I would give them no star's

Nice guys & fast

Everyone one was very friendly. They did not perform anything extra without my knowledge. Very good experience and very fast.

Amazing people and service

Oil change and windshield chip repair done well, despite being busy

Bueno pero no me dieron carr whas como la íntima ves😠

Was great service quick and friendly staff.

Unresponsive district management when problems arise.

Changing my review due to bad experiences last three trips. I get my car oil serviced here plenty of times. Went three different times to get my oil topped off. First two times they stated its to early in my oil change to get some even though i knew it was low due to oil light and oil level on dip stick. I went… Read full review

Fast, efficient and thorough service from entry to exit!! Thank you!

Wait time was short. I appreciate that they vacuumed the front floor boards. Thank you.

The guys here were great. They did a fast oil change for decently priced. I had some problems with my vehicle afterwards and they talked me through everything and did what they could to try and help. They were very kind and I will be returning due to this amazing service I received.

Nobody's fault, but it was a 2 hour wait.

Great job!

Explained issues, and helped me make decisions

Renee is a great person... Except when he turns into a dragon😅🤣🐲🐉

Excellent customer service. Very satisfied

Excellent service. This shop now has another dedicated customer.

Fue muy buena y rapida

I like that the wait time is short, the service is friendly and professional and I feel confident that my vehicle is taken care of properly.

You guys were crazy busy when I showed today and the entire team was courteous, professional, and as quick as they could be. Thank you for the excellent service!

Professional and quick.

Everybody here is great! The team is friendly and fast. Renee is awesome. I appreciate that they show you what needs changed and ask If you would like it done. Instead of just doing it and charging hundreds of dollars.

Traveling through and needed oil changed. They jumped right on it and then gave me a car wash to boot. Great business.

Outstanding service as usual. I have been coming to this Grease Monkey for 4 years and have always had excellent service. Thanks Matt!

The grease monkey team in Rifle is superior! They greet you right away, are thorough, honest & quick! They don’t ever try to sell you something you don’t need. I won’t take my car anywhere else! Highly recommend! A++

Not a local ,traveling through. they are awesome and gained A new customer for grease monkey

The guys there today were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I need to do to get my suburban back in shape after it sitting over the winter. Also very courteous.

No one was there to greet me when I arrived I when I wandered around in the bay three people were smoking one person was on the phone and I finally found a mechanic to put down what he was doing with another vehicle to help me check in mine which put that guy behind. Why are so many people having to smoke and hang… Read full review
