They are responsive, thoughtful, and great partners to the trustees and the association. I came on to the board of my condo association a little over 2 years ago and we had a history of not-so-great management companies. GBPM have been the management company we needed! Jake and JT are really working to turn around the management of our condo, they are very knowledgable and they respond to every inquiry in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

We have worked with Greater Boston Property Management for some time now and have been consistently pleased with the service. One of the biggest advantages has been their access to qualified, reasonably priced service professionals. When something needs attention at a property, they have reliable people ready to handle it without the inflated pricing we have run into elsewhere.
Their team is responsive and easy to reach, and they take a consultative approach rather than just processing paperwork. That has been especially valuable when finalizing leases, where they walk through the options and tradeoffs with us instead of simply handing over a document to sign. The same approach carries into day-to-day property management.
They have also been a real help in stabilizing our operating expenses. They look for ways to control costs, flag issues before they become expensive, and give practical recommendations that have made our budgeting more predictable.
We would highly recommend Greater Boston Property Management to any owner looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and cost-conscious partner.
