Andrew has become a regular around here, so much so that the dogs recognize and love him! Always kind, courteous, and willing to focus on any area that needs attention.
It was nice to have speak and talk with the technician today on my front porch.
⭐ 1 Star Very disappointed with Green Grounds Lawn & Pest and, more specifically, the way their office manager handles long-term customers. I was originally a customer of Bamboo, the company Green Grounds acquired, and have been a customer for years. From the beginning, I requested both interior and exterior pest…
Great prices, very quick, very polite, and productive results. We use green grounds for bug control. We had an awful wasp problem and now I hardly ever see them around our yard.
Excellent service!
I had the best experience with Matthew. He is nice very professional and efficient. He does service of my yard and pest control. He came in to our house and he puts on cover on his shoes which we appreciate because we walk barefoot on our floor. 10/10 for Matthew.
They are great, I can not say enough good things about them. Dallin is fantastic to work with. Thanks! 11/07/24 Green Grounds is Awesome! Nazalyn just came by and serviced my yard, she was very helpful.
We’ve always treated our own lawn but last year we slacked and it was really bad. Keaton came out and talked me through everything. Our lawn has truly never looked this good even with multiple 100 degree weather days. Green Grounds is amazing and they’ve been very easy to work with financially as well!! And I have…
Friendly, courteous, and thoughtful service reps. Helpful updates of planned arrivals.

I'm very pleased with Green Grounds & Pest Control. Keaton has always done a fantastic job with pest control and fertilizer.I would highly recommend!
Matthew has been my service tech before. He knew my preferences, remembers them, and takes care of my lawn. Thank you, Matthew – Thank you, Green Grounds Lawn Fert. & Pest Control.
Great service! 10/10 recommend
Andrew is very efficient and if he sees a certain weed growing he takes the time to spray it with what will take care of it.
The tech went above what was needed with our small bug issue around windows did a great job out side and inside our home and could tell he had a lot of knowledge in what he does.
Here is what I love about Green Grounds Lawn and Pest: 1. Great communication. I always know when they are coming and what service they are doing. They are always ready to answer questions or take feedback. 2. The know what they are doing. We had something called necrotic rings (circles of dying grass) they have…
The team does a great job with keeping the lawn healthy. I appreciate their attention to detail and proactive approach to addressing the issues specific to our yard.
Communication is 5 stars. I assume the application of fertilizer will produce the advertised results.
Keaton Eagar is the main guy who does our lawn and pest treatments and he is stellar. He remembered I have a napping kiddo even when it wasn’t in the notes and was so mindful to not knock so the dogs wouldn’t bark and wake my little. I appreciate that more than anything!
Andrew Day has been awesome visiting out house. Always have a good chat with him before hand and does a good job. He also has my 3 year old convinced that "bad guys" are basically super heroes.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Complete lack of care or interest given in providing a decent customer experience. Multiple calls made and texts sent on our end and no follow through on their end. We had an overall good experience with the technicians providing the service. The people…
Awesome service from Drew! And super nice!

We have used Green Grounds for several years and highly recommend them.—Their tech, Matt, always does a great job for us plus he arrives on time, is friendly and helpful; answers any questions or concerns we may have.
They are quick and flexible when I needed to reschedule. Super great customer service. Our lawn looks so much better after just two services.
I highly recommend Green Grounds Lawn and Pest! They are very professional. They email me the day before each service to let me know they are coming. They show up in a timely manner. After each service, I receive an email regarding the completed service with an explanation of everything they did, including the…
We’ve used Green Grounds for a few years and our lawn is always green and weed free! My only complaint is that my lawn greens up faster in the spring and stays green longer in the summer, which means more mowing for me 😉. Andrew Day does a great job on the treatments and always makes sure we’re satisfied before he leaves. Love the service!
Green grounds has been great for our lawn fertilizing needs. They are always prompt and efficient and are sure to follow up after every application. Drew answered all of my questions promptly.
I have used other lawn care and I feel Green Grounds Yard Care is my favorite so far. They have done an amazing job and the communication is fabulous! I am very happy.

Zayden is very professional and demonstrates great customer service.
Zayden at Green Grounds does an AWESOME job! We always discuss any areas of concern and he checks around my property and addresses any issues found. I highly recommend them for lawn and pest control.
I appreciated Green Grounds giving me a gift card and taking the time to talk to me about my lawn. I hope they will do this for the next couple treatments as I learn more about the recommended treatments and how I can improve my lawn. I am also grateful that they came back out a second time to finish the initial job when I didn't know it was needed.
They are the best, Always on time and great service. Even with our water restrictions my lawn looks great!
Technicians are very knowledgeable in grass and weed care. Very reliable and always remind us before they come. Love how we get a text message/email of upcoming services and they always come to the door to see if there are any concern/problem areas we would like them to focus on.
I have used other professional companies before with semi satisfactory results. So far Green Grounds seems to be my preferred company to go with very professional and curtious and my lawn so far seems to be happy and healthy. Andrew has been my tech and does a great job and knows what he's talking about.
I’ve had a really great experience with Green Grounds! They were super responsive and helpful when we started services. They always come when they say they’re going to and I’ve had great results with my lawn and keeping the weeds away. Totally recommend them!
Matthew arrived as scheduled and did a great job securing the work area so that no Grandkids were able to to be present while he trated the lawn area. He was quick and efficient. Thanks Matthew for being so professional. Best Regards, John S. Lehi UT

Matthew Day was the technician who took care of my lawn today, and as always, professional friendly service. I have been using Green Grounds for over five years. My lawn has been weed free and looks great the whole time.
Update 2024: Green Grounds lives up to my previous review. Matthew Day is our current technician and he’s awesome! Thorough, kind and reliable. Everything you’d want with ideal customer service. Great company and price point. Highly recommend. They’re very informative and know what they’re doing. The technician had great advice for our lawn and its issues. I’m confident their service will greatly improve our lawn. Also bundled with their pest service. Excited for our lawn to improve and to have less bugs around our house!
Dallin does a great job. Our lawn was really struggling and had bind weed growing throughout all of it - not to mention the other weeds that were going crazy. After a couple of applications, the weeds were completely gone - even the horrific bind weed! I also appreciate that they will spray for spiders/bugs around our house too

Dallin (our technician) did a great job. He asked about any of our concerns and also identified that we have necrotic ringspot. He was very knowledgable. Also, I like that I don't have to sign any contract. I can decide each treatment whether I want to skip the service and not pay.
Dallin is an amazing lawn and home pest tech with Green Grounds. He is the reason we signed up for the service! They are taking care of our lawn fertilization and weeding and pest control as well as exterior of the house. He goes above and beyond, blocking our dog door to make sure our dog will be safe when we were…
I'm very impressed with Dallin and hoping we get him with each treatment. My neighbor has a really bad yard. He went to ask if they'd like to get on the program, but as usual they didn't answer the door.
