IGreen Life Landscaping has been providing lawn mowing services for our HOA for 2 years. They do great work, are reliable, and reasonably priced. They recently did a large amount of tree trimming for our HOA. They showed up on time, cut exactly what we wanted cut and did a wonderful job cleaning up. Very pleased with the results.

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the services provided. However, we would like to clarify a few important details regarding your concerns.
During the project, our estimator, Eddy, recommended on several occasions that the gutter downspout and sump pump discharge be relocated, with the necessary piping installed underground to redirect water away from the area. This recommendation was made specifically to help prevent water accumulation. Unfortunately, you chose not to proceed with this additional work.
When you contacted our office on September 21 regarding the water accumulation, we responded the following morning, September 22, explaining the situation and the recommendations that had been made during the project.
Regarding your concerns about the grading, soil, and uneven lawn, we also reached out to you after seeing your review to better understand the issues and arrange for someone from our team to visit the property and assess the situation. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
We respectfully disagree with the statement that we have refused to acknowledge your concerns or make corrections. We have responded to your communications, explained our recommendations, and attempted to follow up to address the additional concerns mentioned in your review.
At Green Life Landscaping, we take customer satisfaction seriously and remain willing to inspect the property and discuss any legitimate concerns regarding the work performed.

We hired green life to weed our flower beds around the house. When the gentleman came out for the estimate, I pointed out some verry important flowers. These flowers were my wife's grandfather's flowers that were over 100 years old. They had been passed from him to her mother, then to her. Their next spot would have been our daughters homes when that time comes. I expressed to him that they were not to be bothered and especially bot removed. The morning of the appointment I emailed the company to remind them that the flowers were not to be touched. Was told they would relay that info to their team. When I got home from work and looked at the job done. The flowers were gone. They removed the flowers that we made extremely clear to not remove. We contacted them about this. They did offer to plant new flowers, we declined. Then they send over the full invoice, I replied that I did not think it was fair to pay the full price anymore given the damage they had done. They took off $120 off the $600 invoice. To me that was not even close to fair but that is what they valued our loss at. They valued our loss to the price it would of been for them to buy and plant new flowers.

We want to clarify that at no point did we demonstrate that we did not care about what happened. Mistakes can unfortunately happen, and when you contacted us, we immediately acknowledged the situation and sincerely apologized.
During our phone conversation, the discussion was calm, and we offered to return to the property and plant replacement flowers as a way to make the situation right. You declined our offer to return, so since there was no other way for us to replace what had been removed, we instead issued a credit on the invoice for the cost associated with replacing and planting the flowers.
We completely understand that the sentimental value of the original flowers cannot be replaced, which is exactly why we apologized and offered the solutions that were available to us. The $120 credit was not intended to place a value on the sentimental importance of the flowers; it represented the cost of the replacement flowers and planting that we had offered to provide.
We are disappointed that the review suggests we were unconcerned or unwilling to address the situation. We communicated with you directly, apologized, offered to return and replace the flowers, and when that option was declined, adjusted the invoice accordingly. We made every reasonable effort to address the issue once it was brought to our attention.

We do understand your frustration, but we would like to clarify what was communicated to you:
“I will check with the crew and speak with them about the edging to make sure it is being completed according to our mowing service.
That said, edging very close to the fence can be risky, as there is a possibility of damaging the fence or our equipment. For that reason, if you would like us to edge directly against the fence, please understand that we cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur in that area.”
In our agreement lawn mowing includes "cutting the grass" not cleaning weeds.

The team that came out to edge, trim, weed and mulch our front and back yards were great. They were very efficient, hardworking and courteous. They worked very well together and confirmed what needed done. After they were done they made sure we were satisfied and they even took a few bags of yard waste we had picked up earlier that week. 8 yards of mulch and about 3 hrs time. We definitely call them again when needed.
