Green magic did a great job on my landscaping. They cut down 3 large Crepe Myrtles for me and hauled them away. I am very pleased with the install of my flower bed. They were very informative on how to upkeep the flower bed. My plants are growing and getting stronger every day :-).

I contacted Green Magic for a quote on a landscaping project and initially spoke with Carita. I sent photos showing exactly how I wanted the landscaping to look, and about two weeks later, Carita and her husband came to my home for an in-person consultation after weather delays.
During the visit, I was told that due to their backlog from the weather, it would take about two weeks for them to provide a quote via email. I patiently waited and even followed up by email on May 20th to check on the status of the quote. Unfortunately, I never received a response from Carita or anyone else at Green Magic.
This experience was very disappointing because I genuinely wanted to do business with them and support a Black-owned business. However, consistent communication is extremely important when working with potential clients. Due to the lack of follow-up, response, or courtesy call, I have decided not to do business with Green Magic and would not feel comfortable referring others based on my experience.

I couldn't get anyone to call me back to schedule an in-person estimate, I understood they were busy because it is rainy season here. So they asked me to provide a video walkthrough of the property so I drove down to the property on my lunch break from work and took a video and emailed it to them. I called and the office staff confirmed that it had been received and they would provide an estimate, and that was 5 days ago and I have not gotten an estimate, call or response to my emails or calls. I really wanted to work with this group as the reviews seemed great, but their lack of follow-up leaves lots to be desired as a new potential customer. Even if you're impossibly busy, acknowledging a customer goes a long way.
