I absolutely love the Landscape Experts! The name says it all… they truly are experts! Joe is extremely knowledgeable about drainage issues, drainage solutions, and anything you can imagine relative to landscaping problems. I had a huge flooding problem around my patio. Any time it rained water poured onto the floor. I was getting so frustrated because I couldn’t find anyone that could truly solve the problem. Then I found The Landscape Experts! Praise the Lord for the Google search that day lol! I called and talked with Sara initially to explain my situation. She assured me that’s what they specialize in so they should be able to help. Sara and Maggie are in the office and help with scheduling… they are awesome. We set up a time for Joe to come evaluate. The day he came it started pouring down rain… we stood out in it for good 40 minutes talking through the situation and the possible solutions. Everything that Joe recommended he explained in clear detail. I was so impressed with his knowledge in this type of issue. Fast forward to the day of the job. Joe and his son James were here bright and early ready to go! They immediately got to work on getting hardest part done which was digging the trench for the pipe. James was also very impressive. He brought a valuable skillset to the job. He was efficient and stayed on task the entire day. It was blazing hot that day. Joe’s attention to detail and urgency to do things well definitely showed. For example, he and James had to cut and dig up several sections of my grass to dig the trench… they took extra care to keep from Tearing up my grass (I had just recently had sod installed) once they finished laying the pipe and placed the topsoil down over it.. they placed those grass sections back in place to allow it to grow back in. Then once everything was in place , they placed fresh limestone rock over the area around the patio. Oh it looks amazing! Also, Joe replaced the end of my downspout with an extension that directs water more efficiently. I am just so thrilled with the finished product… I can’t wait to find something else for Joe and James to do. I have no doubt they will be my first call for anything related to drainage or landscaping issues. Give them a call… you’ll be glad you did. The workmanship is awesome and price is outstanding! Thank you Joe and James!!

Very happy with our new backyard thanks to the Landscape Experts! We had a significant drainage issue that Joe personally worked out a solution for (whereas other landscapers that I had come out just ghosted me). We also had a paver patio and sod installed. The team’s communication and customer service was great, even through weather related delays.
One thing I will note, is we skipped a formal design and sketch, which resulted in some differences in the final product from my original idea, but overall I’m not unsatisfied, and the additional cost was not needed. However, if you are particular, reviewing a sketch may be helpful.
