Highly recommend - had been struggling with getting our unit leased. Less than 2 weeks with GOPM and we're all set and worry-free. In particular, Sean Kostka took our listing and ran with it—he created a professional 3D tour that really showcased the space, and he was proactive in showing it to interested tenants. The whole process moved incredibly fast and our place was leased in under a week. Sean made everything smooth and straightforward. If you're looking for a leasing agent who goes the extra mile, he's your person.
