Timely and effective service

Ashton was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what I would need to clear up the clothes moth problem. Going above and beyond, he’s returning the following business day with another employee to move the two large rugs rolled up in my basement, which is clearly the source of the problem.

I called about a month ago with a somewhat urgent issue, and they came out the same day within a few hours to resolve it. I did have to sign up for a quarterly plan, but they emphasized that I could cancel at any time, and when I recently called back, they made the cancellation really easy. Steve is very friendly and easy to work with. He knows a lot and answered all of my questions. He also explained how to control moths, and gave me the sticky tape boxes to help remove the moths.
