The gentleman was very nice. He informed me he found a little no legged creature in my basement. He took care of it and I thanked him for that or else if I saw that it would not be a house. Lol very professional.
The tech was great as always. We spoke about termite inspection and offered mosquito control for 3 months. Neither the termite control nor the mosquito repellent are necessary at this time.
