His truck broke down about two blocks from our house. He was waiting on someone to come and replace the tire. He called several times to say it was going to take 3 to 4 hours. He decided to walk here and bring his stuff with him and take care of our problems.

I’ve been having wasps problems for a while last year, and since winter is over they decided to come back worse than before. He is very friendly and super helpful and thorough with everything! He was super patient when I asked many questions regarding wasps too!:)

Excellent service

Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable, provided his recommendation and next steps clearly. I’m extremely impressed with Green Shield and the customer service/timeliness it took to get me scheduled and a technician out here. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do, I know who to go to!
