Every room shines! Lovely cleaners did a fantastic job!!
I will not use this service again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I was quoted about $380 for an initial deep clean price on my 1,226 square foot home, which would go down to closer to $200 for a scheduled monthly cleaning after that. In the end, I was charged $478 after agreeing to a $60 additional charge…
I was my husband's care giver for two years, and cleaning was a low priority. I've spent months since his death trying to get the house back in shape, but it seemed like a Sisyphean task. I finally decided that I needed professional help. I couldn't be more pleased with the job done by these two lovely young…
Workers were fast, efficient and did cleaning some difficult stains on mu old stove. They didn't miss a thing.
I’ve worked with Green Sweep for several years now and I’m never disappointed. They are always kind and do a thorough job. Hire Green Sweep for your next cleaning job.
Not only do they use environmentally friendly products, their cleaners are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend.
Green Sweep did a wonderful job. In my hobbled condition…I appreciated their concern for me … house is beautifully clean.. and I would certainly use them again !!
Had a deep.cleaning today at my home. Letitia's team did a great job cleaning and adding special touches that made me smile when I came home.
Green Sweep is by far the best cleaning service we have ever used. Employees are well trained, friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company.
They did a great job. I plan to hire them again.
WOW it's been more than 4 years since my previous post! We LOVE Green Sweep! They are always professional, reliable and overall an outstanding cleaning company! I trust them to be in my home without my hovering, they clean things to a sparkling shine, even things that haven't shined for years! The staff are very…
They were awesome!! Lily and Odessa did a superb job on our home, I am so happy right now 😊 I would like to do bi-weekly cleanings with both of the girls if possible or one of the girls. I personally just feel so much better than is lifted a great weight off of my shoulders , I can't even tell you. Thank you so much!
Update: still super happy overall with Green Sweep. Cedar, our regular cleaner (which makes me feel comfortable and happy to see him) does a fantastic job. I love coming home to a clean home. All residents, including dogs, approve. Thank you! Professional staff. Cleaning beautifully done and complete. Patty…
Excellent work by a great team! My home looks wonderful. Thank you, April, Blake, Sam, and Green Sweep.
I absolutely loved the work that Green Sweep did to deep clean our home! They took so much time and care, and communicated with me about my preferences and their progress. Highly skilled and professional, they left my house sparkling! For two busy working parents of an almost 7 year old, the work they did helped get…
Above and beyond. I would highly recommend Green Sweep.
April and jocelyn did an amazing job! Apartment looks brand new! Will definitely call again
We've had three cleanings so far and the quality of the work has been excellent. All cleaners have been thorough and efficient.
Deep clean was great. John n Alex were very conscientious and listened to my needs. Good experience.
Right on time and did an amazing job. Thanks!
great experience. My second service and I would use Green Sweep again!
When greensweep comes it’s the best day of the month! Thank you so much for the technicians hard work!!
Amazing workers - in 4 hours, they deep cleaned my house and made it shine. I am very happy with the service provided and plan to continue to use Green Sweep on a bi-weekly basis. I should have done this long ago. I have some knee and back issues that make cleaning difficult for me, so this is the perfect solution. I have a 1400 sq ft house.
Had Green Sweep come out and do a deep cleaning and then start a routine cleaning schedule every 2 weeks. Don't know why we waited so long to try it out and start. We're very happy with them and they always do great work. It's great to come home to a clean place and not have to spend extra time on that... plus it…
Ari was professional and did an excellent job!
Amazing cleaning company very trusting and loyal. They do a great job cleaning and easy to work with schedules.
Everything is so sparkly. The layer of dirt and dust from nonuse is gone. It looks like they spent some extra time in real bad areas and I really like that.
This team was friendly, professional, did an amazing job. I really appreciate the eco friendly products used as we have two family members with serious health concerns. I cannot recommend enough. 5 stars!
The team did a great job! I am so impressed with the outcome and the added special touches! Each team member was pleasant, worked hard and clearly took pride and joy in their work!
Great job, team Green Sweep. The house looks much much better!
I am so happy with the deep clean that Green Sweep did for me. I had a really bad year and was feeling so overwhelmed trying to get back on top of things. Chelsea and Nicole did an amazing job! The cleaning made my home feel so much lighter and more relaxing. Thank you so much!
I've used green sweep for years. They are amazing their cleaners friendly and professional.
Love GreenSweep Great service professional contact is easy as a click of a button! Use them at home and for our home and business! Very good staff too! Mary B is the absolute best my house sparkles ✨ when she's finished and my doggy loves her too 💕🧹
Our first time using this service. Seth and Nicole did a deep cleaning for us. They were thorough, did a fantastic job and loved on our dogs!
Had an unusual request that was cleaned well. Can't ask for anything better than that. Lily is great!
Awesome job! Great care and attention to detail! Our house looks and feels very clean, definitely the way to start the new year!
Isiah, Jennie, and Letitia were great. They were very thorough, friendly and professional. We will definitely have them back on a regular basis.
Robie and Marissa were very nice, thorough, and communicative throughout the cleaning. Thank you for a great first deep clean experience and I look forward to working with you moving forward!
The cleaning was exemplary. The young woman, Kels, was professional, respectful and thorough. I will definitely use this service in the future. Even though I thought the price a little high, the service that was provided was exemplary.
We have been using Green Sweep for a year now and they always do a fantastic job cleaning our home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for home cleaning services.
Good company and nice employees. They do a good job. Company could still improve the “green credentials” on some of the cleaning products…such as cleaning sprays without sodium lauryl sulfate, even though it is diluted. Or use the ones with surfactants for more severe situations & grime and general cleaning one…
Isaiah and Chelsea were very efficient and respectful of me and my belongings. I absolutely recommend them.
They are always kind and do a wonderful job making my home feel good again. This was a wonderful service for me when I was sick and low energy. I recommend them for sure!
The cleaners are friendly, hard-working, and on time. I think their rates are reasonable. I really like our cleaner, Dee, who is very pleasant and kind.
They communicated, they were on time, they cleaned everything from top to bottom, they were respectful of my space and my pet, and they made sure everything looked good before they left. Great service!
Green Sweep always does a good job!
I am so pleased with the clean they did on my apartment!
They are a great company. I have been a customer for several months, and the quality is consistent, the cleaners are always on time and professional.
I booked two cleanings, one for a move out and one for a move in. The move out clean was so great! The move in clean had a few areas missed, but still did a decent job. I have always been happy with them, but I was told that someone would call to take my payment but they took payment from a card I had in file from a…
Always a great job.
Green Sweep gave me a very good price for a move-in/move-out cleaning. They were able to schedule me right away. The cleaning crew arrived on time and began cleaning right away. I had added a stove/oven cleaning which they did a really great job removing all the residue left from the previous owners. Overall very good cleaning service.
I had a “deep clean” service. The kitchen table, counters, stove, sink, and floor were not cleaned properly. The cabinet pulls were not wiped. The bathroom photos weren’t dusted. To their credit the company offered to send someone to re-clean the next day. I declined and discontinued service. I felt I did not get the deep cleaning promised.
They did a great job on my home! Asked what I wanted done and very professional.
Ambrosha is amazing! Not only is she very kind but also pays close attention to detail and our house is always spotless after she visits. I would highly recommend this business and Ambrosha as well!
I was not happy with the meh job my last company was doing so I tried Greensweep based off a friend's recommendation. The 3 person crew (for a deep clean) was professional, courteous and thorough and I got this weird level of clean that I could just feel, it just felt different. Later I noticed one thing they had…
I’ve contacted about every cleaning service on the first page of google results for Albuquerque cleaning. I appreciated that they were able to text me instead of having to communicate by phone. I’ve had a deep cleaning and I have reoccurring cleaning set up. I appreciate the clear communication and checklists. My…
The crew from Green Sweep did a great job with my home cleaning. They were on time, professional, courteous, and thorough. My home looked great!
The cleaning people did great. The company however communicated very poorly, with mixed messages at best. I won’t be using this company again.
Green Sweep has been great, we’ve used them quite a while. Clear communication, prompt arrival, and high quality employees make it a great choice for house cleaning.
We are very pleased with the work done by the professionals at Green Sweep. Our house as sparkly clean and everything smelled so fresh. Yes, we'll be using Green Sweep again!
The cleaners were very friendly until the end. First let me start by saying I thought it was a deep clean. In my bedrooms they did not do a detailed dust they just cleaned around things. My bathroom still had spots like behide the shower caddy. Even with all that I would say it was a ok clean at best but the…
Let’s start with the positive. I really liked the cleaning team in terms of kindness and professionalism with regards to how they treated me. They were very nice. I think it’s possible that there’re was a communication issue around the term deep clean. What I received was in no way a deep clean. I signed up for a…
Excellent communication and dedication to customer satisfaction! There was a bit of a hiccup after my cleaning, but they did not hesitate to make it right. I received and message and a call immediately upon reaching out, and they were back right away to take care of things that were missed. I’d definitely recommend them
Tyler, Flo, & Ed did a great job! I’m having them come back every 2 weeks for regular cleaning.
Great cleaning experience. My house was sooo dusty. Not anymore. Very pleasant and efficient. Everything looked sparkling clean, with no chemical odor afterwards. Highly recommend!
I got a one time deep clean and it was SO worth it! They did amazing and I will most definitely use their services in the future and recommend to family and friends!
Green Sweep was professional from beginning to end. They are very responsive and the work was done efficiently and the results were amazing. Thank you Green Sweep! I highly recommend you.
Excellent customer service!! If a problem arises they are quick to get back in touch with you and fix it immediately. It's nice to know they care about their customers.
I needed some help doing a deep clean and getting the house ready for family who was getting out of the hospital 5 stars for when you need the extra help!
Adonis showed up right on time. He and his colleague did a great job, getting things I could never clean. Very happy with their service and would love to hire them again.
We've used Green Sweep for years and are always very happy with the service! We recommend highly!
We had a deep clean before putting our home on the market, and they did an amazing job! The house was very clean and they were able to schedule us quickly. We are very happy with Green Sweep!
Very fast and friendly. I had an appointment the same week I called! Took their time and were very professional and thorough. Highly recommed.
The team was prompt, friendly, efficient and quick. My mother in law had been unable to clean her home properly for a while and they did an AMAZING job!
Employees making appointment, and cleaning were pleasant, efficient and explained everything. Cleaning was excellent nd one of them is returning every 2 weeks
Green Sweep has very professional skills to help me clean up the apartment well! The technicians are very sweet and nice. They treat things carefully and patiently.
I absolutely LOVED the cleaning service that was done for me today!! I’ve lived here 3 years, and the others I’ve tried were awful, to say the least!! The 2 girls that came out were AMAZING, I believe it was Melissa & Gabby!! Both did EXCELLENT work- because my house was a WRECK!! Both so professional, and worked…
I contacted Green Sweep to deep clean my home after having been away for some time. My particular concerns were the dust accumulation and water stains in the toilets and on other bathroom surfaces from having the home sit unused for so long. Green Sweep got back to my request promptly and was able to schedule two…
Great company with fantastic, responsive employees (shout-out to Daniella). They are quick to give you a thorough break down of services, respond to your questions, and give a fair quote. The two ladies that cleaned our home (Shai and Hannah) were amazing. They arrived early and set to work right away. They did a…
My initial contact was with Daniela, who explained how everything worked & helped me get a deep-clean scheduled only 3 days after my first contact. This was very important to me because I was expecting out-of-state company. A three-person team arrived, each one personable & carefully listened as I showed & shared…
Amazon and Carlos were amazing! Friendly and great with my daughter's and fur babies! They did quality work and i couldn't be happier...
I was not satisfied with the quality of the deep clean at all. I came home to dust and dog hair in obvious places. Definitely would not recommend.
Cleaners were great. However, communication with company was very poor, and prices high. So - a mixed bag.
Our clean team was terrific. Entirely professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Our house looks amazing. Feels so good to walk in with everything so detailed. They got all the nooks and crannies that frequently get overlooked. AND they did an exit walk through. Definitely will have them back. Danielle and the clean team are stellar!
I love Green Sweep! I had them clean after construction left fine dust on everything. They did excellent work, were prompt, professional and just lovely. They even helped me move a rug back in. I highly recommend!
Erika and Ambrosia did a incredible job! It feels, smells and looks like a new house.
I needed my house thoroughly cleaned prior to going in for surgery. Technician was on time, responsive to my specific requests, and very professional. Now I have a clean house and just have to focus on healing.
So glad I found this company. Love that they are very techy, letting you know and sending notice when they are coming etc. No money changes hands. Very convenient and use good quality products.
Great job Melanie & Diane did a great job, they were one time and pleasant to work with.
Green sweep has always been professional and courteous. They try and work with you if you need to reschedule. It is a noticeable difference after they have cleaned. They really take the stress and anxiety out of cleaning when I am so busy with work.
Hannah and Amazon did a superb job deep cleaning my son's apartment. I highly recommend them and the Green Sweep team. In fact, I will contract them to deep clean my house next!
So polite and efficient. They sent three people for the deep clean and I am very happy with the job they did. Highly recommended 👌
Requested a deep clean and they sent two ladies; 1 was very late (hours not minutes late) (and new) so it was up to 1 person to clean majority of the house. There was not enough time for her to do everything on the deep clean checklist because of that. What was cleaned was awesome!! The lady (I forgot her name) was…
The two cleaners worked very hard and did a great job. It took them longer than the office said it would because another cleaner did not show up.
I am overall so pleased with my experience! I actually look forward to the next cleaning. Staff members were kind and friendly. I love that they use green products. The only reason why I did four stars instead of five is because they didn't have an opportunity to get to a few things that I was hoping would be able…
They arrived exactly on time and did a very thorough job. They were very cooperative about using unscented and environmentally safe products.
Excellent cleaning with pleasant employees. Very friendly and patient with my pets, the house looks immaculate. Looking forward to more cleanings to help us keep our home in order.
Danielle did a great job deep cleaning the house. She was timely and detail oriented. I recommend Greensweep!
They sent two people over for two hours and called it a deep clean. There was shampoo residue still on the shower tile, none of the baseboards had been cleaned - there was nothing deep about it. I don’t blame the cleaners, they were only allowed two hours, but $250 ($64 per man hour, which is what I pay my…
My experience with Green Sweep was exceptional! The level of customer service and follow-up was second to none. The service was easy to book, the team arrived as scheduled and overall they did a really good job. We are selling our home, and the Green Sweep team helped us get the place market-ready. The attention to…
They were quick to address my concerns and walked me through everything they did to make sure I was satisfied.
Katie and Shea were very responsive to our needs, did a thorough and complete cleaning of our home, finding areas that needed cleaning, we hadn’t even noticed. They were careful and conscientious about our furniture and possessions. They both had friendly, positive attitudes toward us and their work. We felt very…
I have been using Green Sweep for well over a year and they have been stellar. Dominic who is marvelous has done over half of our cleanings but Shay, Alexis and several other folks (I'm sorry I'm bad at names) have also substituted. We've had around 30 cleanings and each has been of exceptional quality. I was…
We scheduled a deep clean of our home with Green Sweep. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the cleaning. They do tasks like clean the fridge and blinds. So worth it.
Very great company
We’ve used Green Sweep as our primary home cleaner for a few years. Over the course of the years, my biggest complaint is management and staffing turnover. My home was constantly being used as training grounds for new hires. Upon multiple requests for a seasoned tech, they would consistently send us techs that had…
$75 per man-hour for outrageously bad cleaning (or non-cleaning) plus bad management. I live out of state and I paid $205 to get a very small apartment completely cleaned. Days later a person viewing my apartment sent pictures showing that there had obviously been zero cleaning of the bathroom. See below, stains…
The cleaner was great! I. Glad I got the help I needed. Wasn't a 100% deep clean but they did call back and going to send out someone to touch up some of the parts that were missed, like the baseboards.
Carlos is simply amazing! He does an incredible job. He's very thorough, very professional, and always friendly. He ensures we are happy with the job he has done, and we have never found anything he overlooked or cleaned less-than-perfectly. What a great asset he is to this company! Thanks for all you do, Carlos!
Greensweep cleaned our daughter/son in law's home and our home as well after vacations. They did a fantastic job and we will use them again when we need a one-time deep clean I wish I could recall the young lady's name that did both as she was absolutely fantastic! She didn't talk or text on her phone, she didn't…
So grateful for this company and the professional house cleaners. Our house was in way worse condition than we realized and the team was so professional and kind and thorough. We really appreciate their work after having a baby and dealing with a lot of problems over the last several months they really helped us. We…
Delighted with the job Ambrosia did, in walk through my wife was delighted with her work. Shes our regular cleaner now!!!
Great company. Friendly, on time, and do a great job. I recommend this company to my friends.
The Green Sweep staff arrived on time, asked me to walk through the house with them and went to work. They were friendly and pleasant and did a great job getting my home ready to show—from the floors up to the top of the cabinets (which desperately needed dusting) They we’re done in about 3 hours. Very good job.
Green Sweep did a just okay job with my initial deep clean. I won't have them back. For the price, it wasn't worth it. The bathrooms were good, but lots of surfaces weren't wiped, kitchen wasn't cleaned, and they just didn't do a thorough job. Although I've cancelled future services, I still get all the marketing…
I recommend Green Sweep. Their staff are very professional, hardworking and very reliable.
The techs arrive on time and do a great job in a reasonable time. The company is very accommodating of my requests for communication and real-time responsive.
Ladies from Green Sweep did an amazing job. Very thorough and meticulous. Definitely recommend them for your standard or deep clean and will definitely use that for my final move out cleaning! Thank you Green Sweep.
They did an AWESOME deep cleaning of our home. I couldn’t recommend anyone better!
They were very friendly and easy to work with.
We are very pleased with our initial deep clean provided by Shayla and Jay. They are professional and communicate effectively to make sure I'm happy with things before they leave. And, they are both just friendly and easy to have in my home. Jay is now my regular cleaner, and I don't have a single complaint. Thanks Green Sweep!
We sought out Green Sweep because we needed eco-cleaning for chemical sensitivity. Their team has been a blessing for us. Professional, personable, timely, trustworthy and efficient. Special shout-out to our regular tech Sophia who knows our home and prefs and works her magic for us like clockwork. :)
Two young women came to my house and did a wonderful initial deep clean. They were efficient and thorough. For the last month or so Deborah has been cleaning alone. She does a wonderful job.
Greensweep provides excellent, career focused employees who are all well trained and equipped, using eco- friendly products. All employees are professional, and arrive on time. Cleaning is done by one person, who spends their time and attention to details. Their prices are fair, and you can ask request a specific…
I hired Green Sweep to do a deep clean for my mother-in-law for the holidays and they did an excellent job on her 3 bd 2 bath house using all natural products. She felt very comfortable with the cleaning crew and said they were very friendly. In the past I've used their services for a housecleaning before having a…
We were very impressed with Shayla & Heidi from Green Sweep! The girls we very promt, friendly, accommodating, professional and prepared! This was our initial visit so we walked them through our house and introduced them to our dogs. Shayla & Heidi were so nice! They seemed genuinely interested in our concerns and…
Great cleaners. I specifically asked for someone who was fully vaccinated and this Company respected my wishes. Will use again.
Heidi and Alyssa did a great job on our deep clean. Great attention to detail and very friendly.
The Green Sweep team is awesome! They're very easy to book with and communicate with. Every technician we've had is friendly, polite, and thorough. They make our lives so much easier, and we love that they're eco-friendly. Thanks!
TIMELY AND PLEASANT. THOROUGH AND WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND.
I don't know what kind of magic goop they used, but they were able to get the hard water stains off my shower door and made my steel hood spotless.
I have used Green Sweep several times and every time they are professional, detailed, careful, thoughtful, and very helpful. They always make sure to check if I am pleased with the results walking me through the house to check their work. They are extremely punctual. I was very pleased with the attention to detail…
The staff here is extremely helpful and accommodating. The service was great so far. I recommend if you are looking for someone to help keep your house or office clean!
Great service. Nice people. Clear communication. On time, efficient and hard working. Thanks!
Great customer service before, on the day of and after. Everyone I spoke with and met was very professional and super helpful!
Green Sweep did a spectacular job with their deep clean of my home. Every interaction was professional and friendly, and scheduling and payment were super convenient and easy. I’ll call on this business again.
The team did a fantastic job. So thorough and we’re very efficient but didn’t rush through the job. Highly recommend.
Rachel and Kar were awesome! They were professional, friendly, and did a great job. Thank you!
First time using this service was very impressed and will use them again. The woman who came to do the cleaning was very polite and very professional. I would recommend them to any one looking to have there house cleaned.
When you have triplet boys it is all you can do to keep it picked up and organized but never have time to deep clean. That's why we called Green Sweep to the rescue! They did an amazing job deep cleaning our house. Communication was great, scheduling was easy and the price was a good value! Thank you so much Green Sweep! 💚
Sheri is our cleaning person. Always a great job.
My daughter bought a new home in Rio Rancho and they squeezed us in thankfully. The technician was friendly and efficient. Our move would have been so hard without her. Thank you!!
After only an hour on-site, I was called with an attempt to up sell me for another two hours of cleaning. When I returned home, although things were, for the most part, cleaned, there were several areas of work that clearly did not pay attention to detail and the work done did not seem to justify two cleaners spending 3 hours, nor the amount I paid.
Great service. Friendly, professional, hard working
I would have given them a 5 but the kitchen floor was still a little dirty. And a toilet was left dirty in a couple places. The women they sent were very professional and personable.
I truly could go on and on and on.. What a tremendous business model.. local and owned by women! I’ve had two deep cleanings, traveling out of town for several weeks at a time-the house was pretty neglected. Each time GS’s employees were punctual, polite and enforcing Covid safety measures, even made sweet attempts…
I originally used them for a deep clean a couple of months ago. I'm a busy professional, so having them in once a month or so really helps me stay on top of things. I recently had Sophia clean. She spent 2.5 hours and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Green Sweep and the fact that they use environmentally friendly products.
The two young ladies were on time, came totally prepared for the work that was done. They were quite professional, and outgoing while working. It was quite obvious from their work ethic that both took pride in their work. I would highly recommend
Terrific service, pleasant and thorough! All surfaces (bathroom, living room and bedrooms) sparkle! What an uplift to our home. Thank you Cassie!
First cleaning and so far I am impressed. They got some REALLY tough hard water stains off our shower doors, dusted everything, and cleaned the range, hood, all the stainless appliances. Floors and baseboards were spotless. No detail missed. My favorite was that they pretty much put everything back where they found…
They always do an amazing job!
Awesome service! The cleaners were very friendly, efficient, and gave great advice on maintaining our wood floors. I’d happily use this service again.
Green Clean always does such an amazing job! I highly recommend them
The cleaning angel(s) did a wonderful job on first deep clean and following Ala carte service. They were mindful of my cats and only opened the door as needed to get their equipment in and out. They truly do bring EVERYTHING one would need to clean. Well worth my money!!
I have been used green sweep for several years. They are always efficient and thorough. They also have excellent covid safety protocols in place!
I got to give it up to whoever handles human resources at Green Sweep. They do an excellent job at hiring staff. The assistance I get from Melissa, who helps me with scheduling services, is amazing. She is great at what she does. Friendly and attentive, she does her best to make sure I get what I need. Every team…
Great employees!
I'm so thankful for Melanie and Cassandra, who were so detail oriented and thorough with my cleaning. They were also tremendously kind to my family, and kept my cat safe :) I am thankful to have my house cleaned because it truly made me save my weekend!
I use green sweep to do a deep cleaning between tenants in my furnished rental home. They always show up when they say they will and do a thorough job!
Green Sweep is always easy to schedule, professional and thorough. I’ve been using them for at least a year now and have never had a bad experience in either quality of their work or in interacting with the staff! Highly recommend this company!!
Eric and Patty came over for a Deep Clean and did a fantastic job. I've used ALL the other services in ABQ over the years and have never been totally happy with end result. With Green Sweep, I told them what was most important to me and they met those requirements. What was really impressive was Patty taking on the…
The service was for sanitizing, and the employee went over and above what I expected her to do.
The team always does a great job. They are efficient, always on time or early, and will do any other small tasks if they have extra time at the end of the cleaning. Using environmentally friendly cleaning supplies means that you have no chemical odors or residue to worry about.
The thought of inviting someone into ones home can be difficult, especially now. I feel fortunate to have found Green Sweep, the team is professional, kind and courteous. As a result of Covid, Green Sweep has taken extra steps to protect their customers and team. I am able to know that my home and I are being cared for in a responsible manner.
