Greenix is always prompt on the service they provide and very thorough. Technicians are always friendly and make an effort to always inform you of the service they provided before they leave.

Rashad is so friendly and very polite. He always makes sure that I don’t have any issues before he starts and when he is done he makes sure again if I need anything. Tyler came and performed a flea, tick, and mosquito treatment on my yard on 09/23/26 He was very professional and informative about the service.

Reliable and thorough service-- Martin inspected and sprayed the whole yard. Despite the national tick problem, our yard is tick- free and Travis the dog can roam free!

Martin, the service individual was very good and all indications are he did a good job. The biggest problem is that he did the incorrect address initially thanks to the office giving him the wrong address. And so that meant that we waited from 10 AM until after 4 o’clock to get the service that we had paid for.

We have had a great experience with Greenix. Their customer service is excellent and the people who come to spray are very friendly. Today, we got the pleasure of having Rashad spray our yard. He even pulled our trash cans back from the road. Thanks Greenix!

Josh, the applicator was extremely polite, and did a great job. He asked if I had questions, and worked well, both upstairs and down.

I love the people and services provided Tyler Jacob's always does good when applying and notifying us before arrival. However I wish the product would last a bit longer. Otherwise our yard stays green and bug free for the most part. We have him spraying only the yard and it definitely works.

Technician showed up as scheduled and let us know in advance. It's nice to sit outside without mosquitoes bothering us.

The person that was here did great on informing us on what was happening.

The appt was for much later in the day, but ended up earlier (which was great). The service technician was thorough and VERY communicative. I’m VERY pleased with how this has begun!!! The communication alone is beyond what I’ve experienced in past. Thank you, brother, and Greenix!!

Can't say enough about this company. Very very thorough and informative. Willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Our technician Martin provided excellent service today! He did a thorough exam of the perimeter of our home prior to applying our first treatments. Bitter cold and Rashad was outside doing our rodent and pest service. Timely, efficient, friendly and thorough.

I don’t often give reviews but I have appreciated our Greenix services and feel they do great work and are conscientious and thorough.

Very satisfied with the service. This was the 2nd quarterly application and our technician, Carl was great. He explained every application and paid close attention to problem areas that I pointed out. Thank you Carl!

My first initial appointment after signing up they did not do the interior work as discussed with the salesman that signed me up and told me the person at the home said there wasn’t and active issue in the home and that was never told the the technician

Customer service was amazing from A to Z. Ralph topped it off with an awesome service. He was very respectful and pleasant. He communicated well and clearly. He was sure that I understood EVERYTHING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THE PRICE IS GREAT AS WELL!
