Great people, excellent service

Greenix has been very thorough, responsive, and professional every time I have spoken with them. I have been very happy with their services over the past couple of years. I use them for general rodent, spider, mosquito, and tick prevention around my home.

Rashad just finished treating the exterior of my home. He performed above and beyond, spraying my lawn and shrubs for insects, treating my bush and flower beds, removing wasp nests and cleaning cracks and crevices of insects. He even lifted the storms on my screen porch to remove the spider webs between the glass and screen.

Had Tyler out to treat an infestation of fishing spiders in our shed and general exterior maintenance. He was kind and attentive to our property. Rashad is also great!

Tyler was very friendly. He updated me with why they would reschedule the flea and tick spray because of the rain. He was thorough going around the house knocking down cobwebs and treating the eaves.

Jakob did a nice job cleaning out all the spiderwebs and treating a huge ant nest by the side. Then he sprayed around the house and put granular treatment in the yard. This was an extra treatment but is included with my service. I always have a good feeling after they are done working around my house and yard

Martin, the service individual was very good and all indications are he did a good job. The biggest problem is that he did the incorrect address initially thanks to the office giving him the wrong address. And so that meant that we waited from 10 AM until after 4 o’clock to get the service that we had paid for.

Nathan was the Greenix Professional that treated my home. I was impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy. I have been a Greenix client for a year now and Nathan went above and beyond. Nathan is a credit to Greenix and should be recognized for his great work

General Pest Control

I gave Jakob 5 stars. He did the inspection and treatment and took down a huge hornet nest and then communicated what he did.

Charles my service person who listened to concerns and treated the affected area. Greenix throughly surveys the property while applying the treatment. Job well done!

I love the people and services provided Tyler Jacob's always does good when applying and notifying us before arrival. However I wish the product would last a bit longer. Otherwise our yard stays green and bug free for the most part. We have him spraying only the yard and it definitely works.

The person that was here did great on informing us on what was happening.

Jakob was very efficient. I wasn’t home so he text me a picture of himself at my house and explained all the work he did.

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, polite and offered us a very comparable deal. The technician that appeared a couple of hours later, provided a very thorough inspection and more complete service than we’ve had before with other services. We are extremely HAPPY!

The service is very thorough and the bugs that we find in the house is very minimal than before. We are updated on everything they find when they come out to spray and everything they use is natural so our dogs are perfectly safe. I had my doubts on the natural products working but they really get the job done.

Josh done a fantastic job today

Our technician Martin Ickes is great. He is always super helpful, takes his time to service our home properly and thoroughly as if it were his own home, and provides great suggestions to keep insects out. Due to Martin’s customer service and attention to detail, we have had nothing but a great experience with Greenix!

Greenix has performed pest control for me for several years. The exterminators are always prompt and courteous. Twice I've called them back due to ants and they're here right away and handle it. Rashad has been taking care of my house recently and goes the extra mile for me without question. Really appreciate his work.

Rashad did our pest control today. He went ABOVE & BEYOND and shoveled our walk and our front porch (winter in Michigan). As a mama of 4, and 8 months pregnant, this was a HUGE deal and speaks highly of his costumer service and work ethic. We have been pleased with every cleaning.

Tony was very thorough and did a great job communicating. It was also very nice that he brought up the Kirby‘s from the road!

My first initial appointment after signing up they did not do the interior work as discussed with the salesman that signed me up and told me the person at the home said there wasn’t and active issue in the home and that was never told the the technician
