TERRIBLE!!! I moved into a home that hadn't been lived in for some time and there were spider webs inside and out. I asked the technician to get some spots specifically and not only did he not get those but he didn't get most. I had to call them to come out again and still left an obvious amount of spider webs…

I would strongly recommend staying away from Greenix.
My experience with this company started exactly the way you would expect from a high-pressure sales operation: they promised excellent service, offered multiple discounts, and made everything sound fantastic—as long as I signed up on the spot. Unfortunately, once I became a customer, the level of service changed completely.
The actual pest-control service was awful. At one point, I had a hornet’s nest that needed to be removed, and instead of taking care of it, Greenix wanted ME to remove it myself or hire another company to do it. I honestly could not believe that a pest-control company was telling a paying customer to deal with a hornet’s nest on their own.
Trying to schedule service was another nightmare. They frequently did not answer the phone, and there is no reasonable option to cancel your account online.
The worst part came when I tried to cancel. I had been told that the early cancellation fee would be $100. Instead, I was ultimately charged $390. When I called to cancel, I was put on hold for an absurd amount of time, transferred around, and they seemed determined not to let me cancel. You practically have to lose your patience before anyone will actually deal with the request.
It is incredibly easy to sign up for Greenix, especially when they are offering discounts and promising amazing service. Trying to get service after you sign up—or trying to leave—is an entirely different experience.
Between the poor pest-control service, the inability to reach anyone when you need help, the hornet’s nest situation, the discrepancy between the $100 cancellation fee I was told about and the $390 I was charged, and the exhausting cancellation process, this has been one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had.
I would not use Greenix again, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering them to read the contract very carefully, get every promise and cancellation fee in writing, and think twice before signing up on the spot.

I would NEVER recommend. We called and asked if they could come out on Saturdays when we are at home to watch them and they refused. Then charged a $200 cancellation fee saying they need to get paid for what they have done. We have already paid them $80, which in my opinion, was $80 too much for the service they provided.
