Greenix Pest Control

The service was great very easy to enroll and they came to service my home quickly. I don’t have time to do my home and all pesticides are not kid friendly. No hassle and they are affordable for me.

Alana was wonderful and so was the entire Greenix team. They came out quickly and helped with my aunt problem.

They have been professional and responsive to requests I've made. They are also respectful of the property and landscape we've recently planted.

The service technician, Emanuel and the sales rep, were great. They were patient, accommodating and convivial. Communication with the staff at the service center was inadequate as there were several attempts to set up the right contract specifications. Better training is needed there.

Connor scheduled my appt., and Edwin serviced my home. Both of these guys were exceptional and gave excellent customer service. My needs were heard and met. Thank you both!

Dylan was the technician that came out. He was really prompt and talked to me about everything he was doing to take preventive measures to keep the carpenter ants out of my home. He did solid work with no complaints. I will definitely use them again.

Really wanted and needed to spray in my crawlspace, he did at the inside the door which better than not. I wanted under the floor under the bathroom, my bedroom, where there really bad(silverfish, spiders),that's all for now,otherwise he (Lance did a great job) 👍

Technician introduced himself, explained what he would do,asked if we needed any additional controls. Our coverage is outside only. It actually works!

This was a second application as we still had ant; requested technician to clean the areas as it was difficult to delineate between what was old any new ants. He did not clean; just applied over the old dead ants .

Had Greenix pest control came out this past week, the young man who came was friendly and got to work almost immediately. He finished quickly and I have not seen as many ants as I did before I called. The proof is in the product and these guys did well.

Greenix and their employees are always thorough in doing the assigned job. They are very responsible, respectful and great communicators. I am very pleased.

I was hesitant to spend that much on pest control at first because i didn’t really have a big problem. Just a lot of pill bugs and some creepy centipedes. From the first contact last summer, this company has been open about pest control and their plan to minimize issues and assured me at present most control could be done via exterior.

The technicians at greenex are good. But account managers don't have a clue. Dillon came to my residence this morning and did a great job explaining what he was going to do, he then sent me a follow up text explaining everything that was done and the percentage of how well the treatment was doing. Very pleased and thank you for keeping my home bug and critter free!

The third visit, they completely ignored what I’d asked to be done and did a lot of things I told them not to do. Very variable technicians.

After my initial treatment, I contacted them again for a follow up and the second technician. Steve was great, he listened and asked probing questions to get to the root of the issue. He provided additional assistance and was very thorough explaining what he was doing and in treating our house.

Technician left the back gate open and my dog got out and I didn’t realize right away it took me a while to get her back.

Rep did quality work, very nice and respectful of property.

Dennis did a very thorough job treating the different pests and locations. And then he took time to explain to me what was done and what to expect. A serious professional and I would recommend!
