They have been professional and responsive to requests I've made. They are also respectful of the property and landscape we've recently planted.

The service technician, Emanuel and the sales rep, were great. They were patient, accommodating and convivial. Communication with the staff at the service center was inadequate as there were several attempts to set up the right contract specifications. Better training is needed there.

Connor scheduled my appt., and Edwin serviced my home. Both of these guys were exceptional and gave excellent customer service. My needs were heard and met. Thank you both!

The tech Terrence came out today and was very thorough. He covered all the areas of concern and shared all his findings with me. He left me with a detailed list and very friendly. We have a plan with Greenix and they always have provided us with great service.

We have had several years of excellent service from Greenix. They are always very thorough and reliable. We receive a notification a few days prior to our appointment and a text message from the technician when they are on their way. We get quarterly service and have never had an issue with bugs or insects in our house. We highly recommend Greenix!

We have our house treated quarterly and they've done a great job. We do not have a lot of nuisance pests. We are happy with their service.

Greenix and their employees are always thorough in doing the assigned job. They are very responsible, respectful and great communicators. I am very pleased.

I've been using Greenix for years. We use their carpenter bee, insect, mosquito, and rodent treatments. It seems to all work and reduce seen pests.

I'm changing my inital review now that I've had the service for a year. I've had a lot of work issues. Most of the time, the technicions never show up. They charge every three weeks instead of four and there's a $250 cancelation fee that they don't tell you about but it's "in the agreement"

From the first contact last summer, this company has been open about pest control and their plan to minimize issues and assured me at present most control could be done via exterior.

The technician was very polite and offered good advice.
