Greenix Pest Control

They truly did an outstanding job. I appreciate a job well done.

The service was great very easy to enroll and they came to service my home quickly. I don’t have time to do my home and all pesticides are not kid friendly. No hassle and they are affordable for me.

James stout, a very hard working man and a great representative of Greenix, he worked on my house spraying inside and outside / fogging for mosquitoes and cleaned all spider webs in addition to checking my house for entry points and placed rodents stations // just in case ( I opted in for service ) He worked very… Read full review

They have been professional and responsive to requests I've made. They are also respectful of the property and landscape we've recently planted.

The service technician, Emanuel and the sales rep, were great. They were patient, accommodating and convivial. Communication with the staff at the service center was inadequate as there were several attempts to set up the right contract specifications. Better training is needed there.

Connor scheduled my appt., and Edwin serviced my home. Both of these guys were exceptional and gave excellent customer service. My needs were heard and met. Thank you both!

The tech Terrence came out today and was very thorough. He covered all the areas of concern and shared all his findings with me. He left me with a detailed list and very friendly. We have a plan with Greenix and they always have provided us with great service.

Very professional and friendly technician

Fast and Friendly service Explained today’s service and was helpful. Happy with experience.

Greenix Pest Control provided our initial service today, all looks good!

Dylan was the technician that came out. He was really prompt and talked to me about everything he was doing to take preventive measures to keep the carpenter ants out of my home. He did solid work with no complaints. I will definitely use them again.

Polite and understanding, great company and appreciate the eco friendly services

Very informative, not a pushy sales pitch. Hopefully this has been a good investment in my property

The service was great, done while at work 👍

Matt is legit top tier, best pest control tech I've experienced. Greenix works great, but Matt's the reason I tell the other soliciting companies to get lost.

Very informative and professional.

Amazing and fast service

Matt was extremely friendly and did a superb job. Best ever.

Really wanted and needed to spray in my crawlspace, he did at the inside the door which better than not. I wanted under the floor under the bathroom, my bedroom, where there really bad(silverfish, spiders),that's all for now, otherwise he (Lance did a great job) 👍

Technician introduced himself, explained what he would do,asked if we needed any additional controls. Our coverage is outside only. It actually works!

We have had several years of excellent service from Greenix. They are always very thorough and reliable. We receive a notification a few days prior to our appointment and a text message from the technician when they are on their way. We get quarterly service and have never had an issue with bugs or insects in our house. We highly recommend Greenix!

We have our house treated quarterly and they've done a great job. We do not have a lot of nuisance pests. We are happy with their service.

Prompt, on tome & good communication, took ample time on pest control application. Friendly & considerate of pets.

They were efficient and friendly and informative! I appreciated all of our questions being answered thoroughly! 10/10, would recommend.

I would zero if I could. The lady who prepared my contract did not tell me it would cost extra for the outdoor bugs I named. Come to find out, with two months left, that Greenix was not even spraying for said bugs. When I called to complain, I was told that there was 1% kill rate for them and that I had signed a… Read full review

This time when Alana arrived I told her that I had been having an ant problem and she came in, looked the area over very well! My 5 star rating is based strictly on the service techs and the good job they do. All are totally professional, polite, and knowledgeable. It is fact, all the service techs that have been on my property have always been a pleasure. After complimenting the techs, I would not recommend Greenix at all. I would hate… Read full review

I've been using Greenix for years. We use their carpenter bee, insect, mosquito, and rodent treatments. It seems to all work and reduce seen pests.

the technician was very friendly, thorough and professional

Greenix is a great company to work with and their technicians, like David and Alex, are the best. They are friendly, professional and always keep me informed as to when they are coming, what they will be doing and what they find. The techs take the time to get to know you and to do a thorough job. I really am pleased with and happy to recommend Greenix.

Performed pest control service as expected. Tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Very professional and took their time

I was hesitant to spend that much on pest control at first because i didn’t really have a big problem. Just a lot of pill bugs and some creepy centipedes. I did it anyway and I haven’t seen a single pill bug and what I do find has died off. When summer came around there was an increase in spiders! I called Greenix… Read full review

The man that came to my house was very nice and professional. I have not seen any bugs or spiders since their first treatment. I'm very happy with the company. I would definitely recommend them!

Greenix is always personal, professional and communicative with their services.

The bad: I tried Greenix for a year, but it does not work. They are a bit of a mess when dealing with the staff over the phone/home office and they do not always do what they say they are going to do. The good: Very thorough application inside and outside. The representatives that come to your home are nice and… Read full review

We had Cole out today. Cole was very thorough and polite. Thank you for sending such a caring technician!

Always come when they say they will be here

I'm changing my inital review now that I've had the service for a year. I've had a lot of work issues. Most of the time, the technicions never show up. They charge every three weeks instead of four and there's a $250 cancelation fee that they don't tell you about but it's "in the agreement"

From the first contact last summer, this company has been open about pest control and their plan to minimize issues and assured me at present most control could be done via exterior.

The technician was very polite and offered good advice.

The technician was professional and on time.

Technicians are amazing and extremely courteous!

The technicians at greenex are good. But account managers don't have a clue. I canceled my rodent bating I in February and since then they have come out 3 times each time I get charged even though the traps were removed shortly after canceled. Save yourself the hassle of repeatedly having to cancel to get your… Read full review

The service was excellent. Technician Delvon Poole is an outstanding representative of the company. He did a thorough job, timely and very courteous. He is perhaps the best service technician I have ever met in 40 + years of home ownership. He is probably your best retention employee because of his excellent service and attitude.

BO MORE BUGS. I'm no longer being eaten alive.

Our Tech did an awesome job getting rid of ground hornets. Gave us complete info on what to expect going forward.

They quickly got rid of the wasps making a nest in the wall of my house.

Ya a pasado un mes de la primera fumigación y no han venido nuevamente y lo peor es que ya me cobraron este mes creo que no es una buena empresa ya que cobran sin hacer su trabajo

Steve our technician was great at communicating and listening to our concerns and taking action based on them. I had a question later in the day (after hours) and real human called me back the next morning to talk through my questions. Our neighbor used Greenix in his previous house and has also started using them… Read full review
