Very professional and friendly technician

Definitely has been a decrease or elimination of bugs in house (ants, spiders, “pill”bugs). Outside, ants are decreasing along with spiders . Also haven’t noticed any signs of mice in outside shed yet… that also is better! Overall, technicians are respectful, professional and always let you know what they did! Cordale was very nice and personable!

I always get great service from Greenix Pest Control. They do a good job communicating what they have done on my property and sent pictures. If I have a problem,they come same day to deal with it. I highly recommend their service for bug and rodent control.

There was a spider high on the ceiling above our front door, I asked Angelo if he could knock it down for me and he immediately said yes. He changed out the brush from the one he was using outside and knocked it out!

I would zero if I could. The lady who prepared my contract did not tell me it would cost extra for the outdoor bugs I named. Come to find out, with two months left, that Greenix was not even spraying for said bugs. Rodney was in the Lexington area this week for our scheduled service and he was excellent! Clay was very knowledgeable and did a meticulous job in getting rid of the spiders. He has also put in fresh pesticides around the house and hopefully help mitigate the insects better.

Greenix does my quarterly pest control treatments. Angelo was the technician today for my August treatment. He was thorough and did a good overall treatment including inspecting the rodent boxes that were put in place several months ago which are definitely working. I would recommend Greenix for pest control.

Just signed up yesterday. Sign up was easy. Salesman was clear and answered all questions. Technician came out the next day and did everything they said they were going to with the exception of what they couldn’t due to weather. Those missed items have already been rescheduled. Communication has been very clear. So far so good.

I have used them for three years now and they do great work

After my initial treatment, I contacted them again for a follow up and the second technician. Steve was great, he listened and asked probing questions to get to the root of the issue. He provided additional assistance and was very thorough explaining what he was doing and in treating our house.

We normally just get the regular preventive treatments. Today we had issues with 2 hornets nests and a mouse infestation in our garage. Gabbie handled both with professionalism and thoroughness. She was here over 2 hours and took care of all the issues we discussed.
