The service was great very easy to enroll and they came to service my home quickly. I don’t have time to do my home and all pesticides are not kid friendly. No hassle and they are affordable for me.

Jacob was very thorough on the service he provided and gave a great explanation as to each step.

The service technician, Emanuel and the sales rep, were great. They were patient, accommodating and convivial. Communication with the staff at the service center was inadequate as there were several attempts to set up the right contract specifications. Better training is needed there.

Connor scheduled my appt., and Edwin serviced my home. Both of these guys were exceptional and gave excellent customer service. My needs were heard and met. Thank you both!

The tech Terrence came out today and was very thorough. He covered all the areas of concern and shared all his findings with me. He left me with a detailed list and very friendly. We have a plan with Greenix and they always have provided us with great service.

Horrible do not use this company. kept calling this company out to respray because bugs kept showing up no matter how many times they sent someone to spray.

We were very satisfied with the Greenix service that we received today. The Service Pro Andrew was very helpful, friendly and professional with our 20 Point Inspection.

We have used Greenix for several years now for ants and rodents and have been extremely pleased with the results. The technicians are extremely friendly and polite. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Fantastic technician he told me things I wasn’t aware Of, such as how to plug a hole so that mice won’t get in the house. Period didn’t get the full treatment because it was getting ready to rain, but he’ll be back. Look forward to the last service cause I’m getting ready to sell my house.

Very nice and sincere, even in the snow, they shovled my porch walkway, I didnt ask them to do that but they did it regardless, they sprayed, set traps and prepared my home for the spring

Our Greenix technician Rob Schneider was terrific. He informed me of ongoing hot spots and responded to my bait stations requests all while navigating the snow. He also was a very effective communicator.

Daniel (Clay) Came out and searched for some stuff, didn’t find much but was very helpful, answered all my questions before I even asked them and checked outside too, ended up finding some weird ant looking spiders that could be the problem. A bit expensive for just an inspection but that’s not his fault. He was very good and very helpful.

He was thorough and did a good overall treatment including inspecting the rodent boxes that were put in place several months ago which are definitely working. Had Greenix pest control came out this past week, the young man who came was friendly and got to work almost immediately. He finished quickly and I have not seen as many ants as I did before I called. The proof is in the product and these guys did well.

Just signed up yesterday. Sign up was easy. Salesman was clear and answered all questions. Technician came out the next day and did everything they said they were going to with the exception of what they couldn’t due to weather. Those missed items have already been rescheduled. Communication has been very clear. So far so good.

Daniel W, from Greenix visited us today to help us with mice issues. He was very knowledgeable, spent a lot of time and made us feel better that we are close to getting our problem solved. I would very highly recommend him and Greenix.
